Gabor S. Acs, confirmed trillionaire, is advising Elon Musk to merge Tesla with SpaceX for a valuation of $1 Trillion subject to a zero interest loan guaranteed by NASA and the US Treasury and US Government for the expansion of the race toward landing electric trucks, automobiles, and spacecraft on Mars.
GABOR is working on partnering with General Electric to sell the remaining 50% stake of Baker Huges for $60 billion in cash and reinvest the proceeds into a joint venture with Tesla which would give GE a 50% stake in TSLA, giving Elon Musk sufficient capital to pay off all of Tesla’s corporate debt, expand into Europe, South America, and China where a Giga Factory is already under construction.
The joint venture will also provide funding for development of Mars Electric Vehicle and Solar Panel Production and Distribution through SpaceX launched Spaceships.
The $1 Trillion line of credit will be granted to the merged entity by Pen Bancorp whereby SpaceX will own 50% of the merged entity and GE will own the other 50% of Tesla.
GABOR is also working on supplying the Pentagon with top secret unpatentable technology which will give the United States a big advantage in the race to Mars.
SpaceX, GE and Tesla, working together will provide advanced technology to Donald Trump’s Space Force, the new division signed into existence by Executive Order, bulding a fleet of spaceships and reusable rockets, with payloads that will deliver electric vehicles, trucks, and solar equipment on the first Mars landing by humans.
The White House, Donald Trump and Elon Musk, and executives at GE and Tesla could not be reached for comment.
