Not my view, but I can see how she came to that conclusion. It seems like a pretty close approximation.

Not my view because I don’t believe evil overlooks anything. It is nothing if it ain’t thorough.

Rather beauty exists because it was fought for. That’s the only reason, because it was defended and in many cases because it was died for.
True, it is sometimes overlooked by evil for a time but eventually it is caught up with,  unless beauty makes a stand.
Nothing is free in this world.

All beauty derived from Gods essence, He who made everything in the natural world and if he didn’t make it it doesn’t exist.
He not only made it but he breathed life into it. All matter is alive, even dead matter as it is used to generate new life. Even rocks as they resonate at the same frequency when struck as human life forms, even water which reacts differently to good and bad sounds, forming beautiful shapes in response to the former and ugly shapes in response to the latter, at the microscopic level.
All is perfect in the universe except man.
Everything he touches is tainted and this tainted ness is then blamed on God, by many.
Foolishness is an invention of mankind, no other aspect of nature exudes this quality.
But this imperfection is not and will never be a given.
The duality of his potential  life course is always existant.
He chooses evil rather than having evil thrust upon him.
He chooses good rather than having goodness thrust upon him.
And he chooses repentance rather than having repentance thrust upon him.
