David,… You give these people too much credit. Just because now they have finally learned how to map those structures of our DNA/RNA they are only aware of, as you can become aware of the tip of the iceberg, yet not know anything about the iceberg below, & that because they can then now “irrationally hack” our DNA/RNA doesn’t mean they know what they are doing. What they are doing is equivalent to cutting a wire in your car to see what breaks & then learn from that – which is very primitive to say the least. Yes, frequencies are involved & perhaps nano-micro-electronic-circuits capable of performing certain specific tasks, but the capacity to which they can perform any useful tasks, other than disrupt the natural human sequence, is unknown to us.
