The Irish Scandal of Mary Boyle: 6 Years Old - Raped and Murdered and Her Killer Allegedly Protected by a Fianna Fail Sitting Politician

A Documentary will be aired for the first time tonight on Youtube about Ireland’s oldest unsolved missing persons case. A six year old little girl called Mary Boyle was raped and murdered in Cashelard near Ballyshannon. Her uncle, Gerry Gallagher, was the last person to see her alive. The Boyle family lived two hours away in Keadue.

Mary’s uncle Gerry Gallagher, was working on the roof of his house, when he decided to take a trip across the bog to return a ladder he borrowed from the Cawleys, his neighbors. Mary, a curious innocent little girl, followed her uncle Gerry Gallagher on this trip. At around 3.45pm, she walked behind her uncle towards the Cawleys’ house, but when she reached a water-filled patch he told her to return home. Gerry Gallagher’s statements are inconclusive, as they are all contradictory to each other from each source he has provided a statement too. Taken from Evoke News:

Nicola Tallant @ 1:33 claims; Gerry Gallagher remembers the spot where he said he no longer heard Mary, he stopped tured around and Mary was making her way back home. But this is not what he told Evoke News; whom reported that Gerry Gallagher instructed Mary to turn back towards home. The distance from the Homestead Gallager and Mary had trekked towards is approximately 1km walk back to Mary’s home.

Quite a lengthly journey for a 6 year old girl to make alone without any parental supervision. Don’t you think? Gallegher is also reported to have made other inconsistent assertions in regards to him and Mary departing on the Firday, 18th march 1977. The Documentary; ‘The Untold Story Of Mary Boyle’ will be available on Gemma O’Doherty’s journalist channel on Youtube tonight.

The broadcast starts on the 04/07/2016 at 21:20 UK time. Marys Twin Ann Doherty and her second cousin the singer Margo O Donnell who have recently had the professional help of Journalist Gemma O’Doherty who has fought very hard for the ‘Justice4Mary‘ campaign in a relentless battle against the Irish state, whom have covered-up this little angels murder inquiry into her death and disappearance for almost 40 years.

Cousins of the Boyle family Joseph, and Josephine Craig also fought for Justice for Mary while not being part of the official campaign itself. Upon a visit to the Oireachtas (Royal Irish Government Parliament), where Ann Doherty, Margo O’Donnel and Journalist Gemma O’Doherty met with the Fianna Fail party leader Michael Martin about claims made by Ann Doherty; a suspect in her twin sisters murder was or still is a member of the Fianna Fail Party.

At the time, Michael Martin pledged to investigate these claims made by Ann Doherty. Subsequently to the meeting, he confirmed that a man who Ann Doherty believes to be covering for the cunning killer of her Twin sister is a member of the Fianna Fail Party. Astonishingly It has also been reported vigorously throughout the media that a sitting politician made a phone call to the Gardai abruptly bringing the Mary Boyle investigation to a dead end. 

It’s worth mentioning as reported to me by a member of the grieving Boyle family relatives, that upon leaving the Oireachtas after the visit to Michael Martin, the family were walking through one of the Dail corridors, when a passing (UNNAMED) Fianna Fail TD passed remark to give their best wishes to the person who Ann Doherty believes murdered her twin. This comment was allegedly overheard by the Journalist reporting for the family, on that day.

Why has justice been denied for this little girl?

Retired Detective Inspector Aidan Murray claims in the documentary airing tonight; that he was questioning the real suspect – but was stopped from progressing the case any further. Aidan Murray said, I got a nudge from the Garda inspector that I needed to ease off the pressure I was putting him under.

It is then claimed in the documentary that a “political” phone call was made to stop this man being questioned any further. Gemma O’Doherty says what to expect from the documentary tonight.

Meanwhile Sinn Fein is calling on the politician who the claims have been made against to make a statement on the matter. Donegal Deputy Pearse Doherty speaks on the case and calls for statements to be made in regards to the TD who allegedly ordered the cover-up and put a halt on the investigation.
