How to live from the inside out

I am not made or unmade by the things that happen to me but by the things that I do, this means that I have learned to live from the inside out.  What we manifest outside is as a result of the fullness of the inside. 

Most of us have actually forgotten or do not know that we are what we are as a result of what has been planted inside us. Our own life is like a fruit. Do you expect that when you plant a mango seed you will get an apple tree? Of course not, you can only get the exact type of fruit tree. The better the quality of the tree, the better the seed planted and the nurturing. They say all growth comes from within. Human beings, just like plants, grow from the inside out. All things being equal, we would all grow and reach the same heights. However, this is not to be so. Even, though all other parameters remain unchanged. 

This largely depends on;

• What do you feed your mind on? – one of the best ways to feed your mind is by reading and listening to motivational or let me just say the right kind of material. This will help your mind stay active.
• Your mind creating your reality – everything that we see is conceived in the mind. Every invention you may come across was first seen in someone’s mind before it become visible to us all. Our minds are so powerful that they are able to create reality for us.
• Your mind being creative -  “The best way to predict the future is to create it” ~ Peter F. Drucker.
