[Editor's Note: Before the Israeli-owned TRAITORS and Fifth Columnists in congress passed the Telecommunications Act on January 3, 1996, which serial-rapist Bill Clinton signed immediately, microwave cell towers could not be installed without local government and zoning commission approval. This meant that even if some Low Life, scumbag building owner, unconcerned about the health consequences of microwave radiation, was anxious to lease his parking lot or rooftop to install a cell phone tower, he couldn't do it without local approval, which meant local residents of the area could bring political pressure on local government to keep cell phone towers out of their neighborhoods.

After the Telecomm Act of 1996, all local control over the location or the number of cell towers installed in a certain geographical area anywhere in America was lost. The authority to regulate the location and number of cell towers was now exclusively in FEDERAL hands and local residents and municipal or state government had NO say or authority in the matter.

The SAME thing is NOW being rammed through congress with the 5G transmitters. Once these Sellout whores in congress, RUBBER STAMP the approval of 5G - which is GUARANTEED to happen unless there is MASSVIE voter opposition - local government will lose ALL control to regulate the location and number of 5G transmitters installed in every single neighborhood of America.

MILLIONS of American citizens need to call or email or fax the House Committee members listed below - and their own House Representatives and US Senators - to let them know that the American people are NOT going to idly stand by while this poisonous and deadly radiation technology is stuffed down our throats - whether we like it or not. Surveys have found that the single most popular use of high-speed wireless transmission is people sending to their friends videos of their cats. Otherwise ordinary people like me typically have very little use for 5G wireless.

Insist that they include testimony from at least one Scientist from the 180 Scientists who recently signed the Scientists Appeal demanding a moratorium on the roll out of 5G.

“Telecommunications is characterized by major economies of scale, and it will be difficult to deploy small cells efficiently at scale without consistent and reasonable standards in relation to state and local siting fees, applications, and access to public rights-of-way, as well as reform to provide more flexibility to requirements under the federal National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.

SB 649 was opposed by 300 cities, 47 counties and over 100 community, planning, health, environment and justice organizations. Governor Brown vetoed SB 649 on October 15, 2017 . 1

I am writing today to let you know of my opposition to the FCC’s plan to speed 5G to market which would require a “massive” increase in infrastructure in FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler’s own words, which will be voted on July 14, 2016. Currently, there is more than enough infrastructure to provide cellular services to everyone in the US – as of December 2015, there are 308,000 cell antenna facilities for 378 million wireless subscribers (current US population is 321 million), which is 116% market penetration.
