FBI a Radical Extremist Organization and Enemy of Liberty

The FBI is in the habit of labeling groups and individuals as extremist, threats to the state and threats to national security.  Since 9/11 we have added 40 new intelligence agencies with 850,000 employees who have placed 1,000,000,000 Americans on the Terrorist Watch List.  The FBI, the U.S. government’s national political police force deems as dangerous any individual who is not willing to submit to totalitarian government and now has taken yet another ploy from the Soviet playbook and has begun labeling liberty minded Americans as mentally ill.  As the Soviets reasoned that anyone opposing their workers’ paradise is either a criminal or a madman, the U.S. government has now reasoned that one must be mentally ill for opposing the need for security via a U.S. police state in which the president himself can label someone an enemy of the state and hold them forever without trial in a police apparatus that has legalized torture.  From the systematic tyranny authorized by SCOTUS down to the tyrannies inflicted by municipal police, our government seeks to make Americans complaint rape victims to governmental assaults.

One telling sign of the U.S. now being a totalitarian police state is that the money the U.S. spends just on our new corporate intelligence apparatus is now only ten billion dollars less than what France spends on its entire military budget that includes jets, helicopters, ships, submarines, missiles, bombers, tanks, and nuclear weapons.  This means that our government now has a domestic military budget approaching the cost of France’s entire defense establishment that it has directed against Americans. 

Not only is this police state spending and all its associated abuses and tyrannies now entrenched within the U.S. political establishment, but that establishment now champions this internal security apparatus of U.S. police state as an appendage of freedom at a time when our federal legal system’s legitimacy is very nearly approaching the levels of justice provided by Soviet show trials.

The media has become the propaganda arm of the corporatist-government partnership and any challenge to this all-encompassing alliance of government and corporate power that is directed against Americans is branded by the press as being a terrorist threat.  Any groups that speak out against imperialist wars, foreign political intrigues and domestic tyrannies and the costs paid by Americans for these international and domestic injustices, costs that are stolen from Americans by a government-corporate complex that seeks to manufacture reasons and support for its existence after having acclimated the majority of Americans to totalitarian dominance that has been implemented in steps, is viewed as a serious threat by a political establishment that has managed to manipulate the economy so as to make war our chief export.

As the media has become the propaganda arm of totalitarian government and those who benefit from it, the news has become little more than corporatist and government lies, disinformation and propaganda.  The political establishment has engaged in information warfare against the American people.  The concern for manufacturing of consent in manipulating the people to support the surrendering of their liberty and supporting wars outweighs any concern for truth.  While the FBI reigns supreme, patriotism, liberty and truth will be equated with subversion.

While the FBI has gone COINTELPRO with Operation Patriot Conspiracy and its PATCON Groups spread across the United States, we find out that the same FBI COINTELPRO crimes that included murder, assassinations, torture, evidence planting, perjury, obstruction, evidence tampering, defamation, harassment, illegal searches, illegal wiretaps, illegal surveillance and false imprisonment have continued to be the history and modus operandi of the FBI with respect to Operation Patriot Conspiracy and Operation Fast and Furious.  After these operations had gone south, in which every incident they have proved to have done so, these same operations that were ordered and set into motion at the highest levels of government and purposely devised so that those same officials authorizing them, officials such as Eric Holder, can claim they knew nothing of the operations even after briefing the congress on them to obtain funding.  When the crimes of the FBI become evident, they are covered up, whitewashed or simply ignored by our entire political class and cast down the memory hole by a compliant press in which investigative reporting is considered media heresy. 

The American people need to know when their government is waging war on them with a budget almost the size of France’s military spending.  As there is no justification for a $70 billion dollar expenditure for a police state apparatus, the FBI has taken to radicalizing, training, supplying, funding and then arresting those who detest the police state America has become.  In case after case the FBI has entrapped people who in one case were so poor and stupid they were literally charged by the FBI because an FBI agent gave them some food and gym shoes.  This was the entire operation that was set in place by the FBI who went on to claim this as a great victory in the “War on Terror”.  In this case, as in many others, the individuals in question could barely read, hold jobs or function in society.  In many of these cases a convicted felon served as an agent- provocateur on behalf of the FBI for which they were generously rewarded for their services.

In the case of the Hutaree Militia, a group that was training for an apocalyptic end-time in which the U.S. government began placing citizens in prison camps for speaking out against its criminal behavior, the group was charged en mass after one made a comment about blasting a cop who had pulled over a speeded and another said that would be a great time to plant bombs and kill the rest of them.  Prior to the “Hutaree plot to wage war on the U.S. government” the individuals were talking about beer and strippers.   After the couple of statements the plotters went back to talking about beer and strippers.  The entire plot lasted from the time they seen the cop pull over the speeder until the cop was in the rearview mirror.  The only problem was that an operative was specifically sent by the FBI to instruct the group on how to make bombs.  This fact came out in a preliminary hearing regarding bail when the judge asked which individual had been involved in bomb-making.  The FBI was forced to admit it was their own agent that was the sole purveyor for bomb-making.  Yet, the FBI then demanded the group be denied bail because their agent was teaching people how to make bombs. 

Just as in COINTELPRO, the acts of Operation Patriot Conspiracy (PATCON) and Operation Fast and Furious were criminal conspiracies by the FBI, but they were more than just criminal conspiracies, they were acts of war waged against American citizens with collateral damage to the rule of law, civil liberties, due process and the U.S.  Constitution.  The crimes committed during these militaristic operations rise to the level of war crimes committed against American citizens.

These “law enforcement” operations turn out to be criminal conspiracies upon close examination, so like the Soviet Union, the U.S. government makes claims of national security to prevent the American people from knowing the truth about what is the standard procedure of its national political police force.  Yet, the standard defense used by the government against individual lawsuits is that all agents of the agency are the agency itself, so one entity, that being the agency, can not engage in conspiracy.  To prove the ridiculousness of this argument consider that if one person had committed a crime and was found guilty, if providing testimony in a court case, that person’s testimony would be able to be examined by the jury with the understanding of the crimes that witness had committed.  If a government agency is one witness, then testimony against the FBI as a criminal conspiracy ought to be entered into evidence.   But our courts, the political elite and the media would never allow the people to become aware of the crimes committed by the FBI.  Americans ought to read what human rights activists, historians and intellectuals such as Howard Zinn and Noam Chomsky have said about the FBI and the reports individuals such as these have provided to the UN High Commission on Human Rights. 

In the case of Operation Patriot Conspiracy and the FBI’s PATCON Groups connected to the Oklahoma City Murrah Federal Building bombing, Law Professor Jesse Trentadue discovered the connection between the FBI’s torture and murder of his brother, Kenneth Trentadue, by the FBI while held prisoner in a federal correctional institution in a case of mistaken identity.  The FBI destroyed logs, reports and video after mistaking Kenneth Trentadue for another of McVeigh’s co-conspirators, a John Doe #2, who proved to be Richard Lee Guthrie.  Guthrie was also later captured and murdered while in federal custody.  To hide this fact of Trentadue’s torture and murder by the FBI, the FBI had to hide the fact that two people delivered the OKC bomb.  To do this, the FBI ended up destroying nineteen tapes by private businesses security cameras of which it claimed each of the tapes were recycling of being changed by the owner at the exact time the McVeigh Ryder van drove past each of the nineteen video cameras.  The FBI also claims to have lost the video of three cameras from the Murrah Building that had videotaped the delivery of the bomb. 

The logs of who was in Trentadue’s cell was destroyed.  The video tapes inside the jail were also destroyed.  The FBI attempted unsuccessfully to have Kenneth Trentadue’s body cremated, but Jesse was able to defeat this ploy and gain an autopsy that showed prescription grade pharmaceuticals used to prevent fainting and increase pain sensitivity.

The heinousness of the torture, murder and cover-up can only be properly described by Attorney Trentadue, whose 16-year crusade against the FBI was finally stymied when the CIA connection to the FBI’s Operation Patriot Conspiracy was made after then Assistant Attorney General Eric Holder petitioned various members of congress to quash any investigation of operation PATCON on the grounds of national security. (Link to one of Trentadue’s many interviews)  For Holder’s obstruction of justice in covering up the torture and murder of Kenneth Trentadue on behalf of the U.S. government, he was made the Attorney General of the United States. 

The crimes of the U.S. government go much further than what is known by the American people regarding the Branch Davidian massacre and the Ruby Ridge/Randy Weaver incident.  The government wants Americans to understand that any opposition to its violence will be crushed and covered up by the media.  Important details upon which events hinge will never be made known to a general public who could care less about ever finding out the truth about important issues.  The media has the ability to manufacture consent for the public’s approval of any atrocity.

Any government that tortures and murders its citizens while allowing cover-ups, plants evidence to falsely imprison its citizens with 70-year prison sentences, jails its citizens with indefinite detentions and torture without any legal recourse is a criminmal government that needs to be overthrown.

Americans have watched the elites murder Kennedy and permanently seal the files to hide the crimes that our establishment is willing to inflict to ensure its supremacy and that of the global banking cartel.  Yet, the FBI wants to characterize as radicals and mentally ill those who oppose its crimes and the government’s tyrannies.  Yet, no group has tried to frame innocent Americans.  No group has planted false evidence against Americans. No group has sought to torture and murder Americans while holding them in indefinite detention.  No group has demanded that every American willingly accept its crimes, torture, murder, planting of evidence and false imprisonment as the embodiment of justice.  It could only be government that could condition and brainwash people to believe such absurdities.

Our federal judicial system has the moral code of a house of prostitution, but at least a brothel provides the services it promises.  Our justice system has become a racket, and a tyrannous one at that, providing little justice to those seeking protection from tyranny.  Our nation is at a crossroad.  We can continue to elect establishment politicians, or we can vote Ron Paul.  He will place a limit on tyranny.  With his call for individual liberty he has made it in his interest to expose government crimes and bring prosecutions for murders that enjoy no statute of limitations.  If we vote for establishment politicians, we have made a conscious decision to support and continue tyrannies, oppressions and injustices committed by government against the people.  The law will have been stood on its head and made to deliver exactly that which it is supposed to oppose. 

We have surrendered rights not to allow government to hid its crimes, but to expose and punish any who would destroy the rule of law.  By its actions the FBI has helped to bring truth to the words of Justice Brandeis when he said, “Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches people by example. If the government becomes the law-breaker, it breeds contempt for law and invites every man to become a law unto himself.  He went on to warn Americans that they should be most on guard of liberty when the government proposes its purposes to be beneficial.  Brandeis also is noted for saying, “Sometimes neutrality is at times a greater crime than belligerence.”  This is especially true when it comes to neutrality towards government tyranny.

We now have a military-industrial complex and an intelligence-police state complex that can not justify its existence without fear mongering.  Its many injustices create many of the problems for which it constantly seeks increasingly greater sums of treasure and surrender of liberty.  Its yield have proven only to give rise to greater levels of domestic and international injustice and torrents of blood.    One day there will be an accounting. The longer Americans citizens excuse such crimes by their government the greater their culpability and promise of reaping what they have allowed government to sow.
