PARENTS BEWARE! Razor Blades Glued to Playground Equipment Injure Toddler
At least a dozen razor blades were found glued to playground equipment in an East Moline park after a toddler received cuts to his hand. The two-year-old boy was taken home and treated for lacerations to his hand. Millennium Park, located on Archer Avenue, was searched for several hours on Monday according to Brian Foltz, East Moline Police Lieutenant.
Law enforcement responded to a report about the razors around 12:45 p.m. They could not confirm how long the blades had been there nor did they have any information on possible suspects. According to Captain John Reynolds, police removed the razor blades and collected other evidence. There was another incident of vandalism found at a park nearby but officers believe
