The "Law" You Better Hope Never Comes to Your State!

There’s no beating around the bush. There’s no deception. You don’t have to wonder what she’s thinking. She wants to take your guns. I can deal with that. But don’t give me a line of BS and tell me that you want to implement tighter gun control regulations so that you can keep people safe. Gun control, is people control. Gun control is the desire to steal someone else’s property. It doesn’t matter what your reason is…if you want gun control, you want people with guns (usually order followers called Law Enforcers) to control people by stealing their belongings…in this case, their firearms. And if you want that, then you are as immoral as any thief. Even more so. Because at least a thief has the common decency and balls to steal from others himself. He doesn’t beg the most corrupt members of our society to do it for him.

So I like how direct this sign is because at least you know what you’re dealing with.

Now people have requested that I deal with this red flag law that went into effect on October 1^st. It appears blatantly immoral to me, so this won’t take a lot of time.

The “red flag” protective orders are officially known as emergency risk protection orders, and may be sought by family members, police or others to temporarily prohibit people’s access to firearms when they show signs that they are a danger to themselves or others. The first thing you’ve probably already noticed is that this stupid “emergency risk protection order” is highly subjective. What if a family member is having a bad day, or you get into an argument and that person flies off the handle and decides to take it out on you by filing this red flag order? What a great law to start hatred and suspicion among family members. What a great way to create a society of spiteful spies who have a newfound power at their disposal.

In early November Two Anne Arundel County police officers serving one of Maryland’s new “red flag” protective orders to remove guns from a house, killed a Ferndale man after he refused to give up his gun.

The subject of the protective order, 60 year old, Gary J. Willis, answered his door in the 100 block of Linwood Ave. at 5:17 a.m. with a gun in his hand. He initially put the gun down next to the door, but “became irate” when officers began to serve him with the order. He opened the door and picked up the gun again. And Police shot and killed him. All because a family member or a cop went to a judge filled out a form and basically gave their opinion that Gary needs his guns taken away…that’s it!

I personally think this law is appropriately named because it should throw off HUGE red flags in our minds. Red flag laws allow a judge to issue an order that enables law enforcement to confiscate guns from individuals deemed a risk to themselves or others. Since the Parkland shooting, at least two dozen states have enacted similar lawss.

Kristin Brown, the co-president of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, what a joke that term is…said “We think this is a sensible approach to put power in the hands of family members who are concerned about [someone] but don’t have any tools in their hands” Uh…yeah Kristin…you ever heard the phrase “power corrupts?”

Now let’s just stop and think about this for a second. Politicians have written yet another one of their opinions down on paper illegitimately authorizing badged criminals to go to a persons house and forcefully take his property just because the opinion of another person is that he shouldn’t be allowed to own guns. That’s about as insane and criminal as you can get.

The control freak psychopaths at the Brady Campaign claim that 42 percent of mass shooters exhibited warning signs before committing their crimes. I don’t care if 100 percent of mass shooter exhibit warning signs. Nobody has the right to steal your property just because somebody else said they didn’t think you were fit to own that property.

Red flag laws are a fairly simple process. Depending on the state, family members or law enforcement or others can go to court and seek an order that would allow police to remove guns from the individual’s home and restrict their ability to purchase firearms. The person seeking the order must first fill out a form providing evidence (what kind of “evidence” is up in the air) of danger to others or self, then the court holds an expedited hearing. I bet it’s expedited. If a judge agrees that the individual is a threat, their guns will be removed for a temporary period that can last from a few weeks to a year.

And, because a judge won’t want the down-the-road negative press, should this person, whom others are seeking to have disarmed, harm someone with a weapon at a later date, that judge is likely to sign the order authorizing the theft of such a person’s weapons.

Let’s just call this like it is…a robed tyrant tells a narcissistic order follower that a person is a threat and then he orders that law enforcer to go steal another man’s property. And if you resist the badged thugs coming to your house to steal your stuff…they will call for more of their back up thugs, they will murder you and then they’ll call you a dead criminal because you resisted the tyranny and immorality of the state.

This is all very alarming. Think about this scenario. You get pulled over by a cop…you’re nervous…and rightly so, because cops tend to just murder people in cold blood on camera these days for nothing! So you’re sitting there and you’re nervous….the cop can make a note of your, in his opinion, jittery behavior, and fill out a form claiming that you’re a danger to yourself and others and your firearms should be forcefully taken from you. That is all it would take.

This is consistent with minority report and accusing someone of pre-crime. and therefore it’s utterly Inconsistent with upholding that constitution which cops claim to have sworn an oath to uphold?

How the hell could anybody be a cop and follow such an immoral order? How can any family member desire something for a supposed loved one that they wouldn’t want done to themselves? This is classic, “you’re guilty until proven innocent.” and it’s utterly evil, hatched in the minds of evil people, passed into fictitious law by evil politicians and carried out by evil law enforcers.
