By Lisa Haven

It’s official! Both the US Border Patrol and the TSA have been given the pass of a century! As of Dec. 27th, 2018, they now harbor unchecked powers that exempt them from things like the “Privacy Act of 1974” and give them the ability to access your information in secret, and do it legally.

In the video, I delve through these dictatorial papers and more….

So what? If you have nothing to hide and your legal who cares. We have long lost our right to privacy.

Since you feel that way, I presume you have no locks on your home or vehicle. No fences between your home and your neighbor’s either. You surely post the passwords to all of your computers and online accounts so that (since you say it doesn’t matter to you), EVERYONE can stop you from conducting your daily business for no reason at all beyond having a baseless curiosity about whether or not there was something each and every one of us could possibly find that we could use to manufacture a pretext to accuse you with a computer crime, just in case you actually are a criminal. You know, because privacy has no value. Your 4th Amendment rights are of no value. Because there is absolutely NOTHING that as a human being you do that you would have any problem with being published with pictures on the front page of the New York Times.

Small wonder it is so easy to have our rights stolen by a corrupted government. You think that coercion, “If you have nothing to hide….”, is actually a valid line of logic to be used against you, when even knowing that you are being manipulated into doing something that you otherwise would not, with your freedom at risk whether or not you have done anything wrong. After all, if I want to make your phone and computer appear to the world to be the hardware of a pervert, who are you to say you’re not? Why would you bother? Privacy has no value, does it?

Just because they usurp the power does not mean it is legal. All rules they call laws that are repugnant to the Constitution are void. If they pass a law stating that they could shoot anyone the want, that does not make legal or lawful.
