Juan Guaido: The Making of U.S. Puppet in Venezuela

Who is Juan Guaidó? Up until a few weeks ago, this obscure Venezuelan opposition politician was completely unknown – even in Venezuela. However, after receiving a phone call from US VP Mike Pence in January, suddenly Guaidó declared himself to to be the new “President of Venezuela.”

Journalist Max Blumenthal speaks with RT America’s Rick Sanchez to find out how Washington’s clandestine agencies built-up its latest regime change puppet creation in Juan Guaido. According to the journalist, Guaido’s “real constituency is in Washington” and that he’s at the forefront of a years-long radical destabilization campaign – including violent acts in Venezuela – all orchestrated from the US.
