All the power in Albany is now in the hands of Democrats and they quickly moved to pass an abortion rights bill.
Queens District Attorney Richard Brown recently charged Anthony Hobson with murder for allegedly killing Jennifer Irigoyen on Feb. 3 — but said he couldn’t bring charges over her fifth- month unborn child’s death due to a recent change in abortion law.

This murder of two people should have been charged as such; TWO murders.
Irigoyen was five months pregnant when Hobson stabbed her multiple times in the abdomen.
He was initially charged with abortion in the second degree, a felony under the state’s previous statues, as well as second-degree murder for Irigoyen’s death. BUT the Queens DA’s office withdrew the abortion count when it learned the Reproductive Health Act, signed into law last month, moves abortion from the state’s criminal to public health codes.
Here’s another case to consider. Livia Abreu of the Bronx lost her baby in a 2018 domestic violence attack. Charges against her ex-boyfriend, Oscar Alvarez, include abortion in the first degree.
“The passing of RHA will exonerate him from those charges. I cannot imagine living in a world where harming or killing an unborn child is not a crime,” Abreu said
“This bill is a Trojan horse backed by the national abortion lobby in order to establish abortion as a human right by removing so-called ‘religious refusals’ and turn every hospital, clinic and doctor’s office into an abortion clinic or referral center,” Elisa Martinez, executive director of New Mexico Alliance for Life.
The bill, known as the Remove Obstacles and Expand Abortion Access Act (ROE Act), would get rid of the “grave impairment” language so that an abortion could take place after 24 weeks up to BIRTH!
What the hell! Next we’re killing children at the age of one year? Two years? Why not up to twelve years? Six of one, half a dozen of the other; it’s all the same – killing children! We cannot just shake our heads, sigh, and say it’s another sign of the end times. Tisk-tisk.
Shame on America! We need to run to our prayer closets, get on our faces before the Lord and ask for forgiveness for silently siding with our perverse culture and for the killing of innocent babies! This is an all-hands-on-deck crisis!

At 21 weeks of pregnancy, British doctors informed Sofia Khan that her preborn son had been diagnosed with spina bifida. Spina bifida can cause physical disabilities, but modern medicine has significantly improved treatment after birth and in utero. Medical professionals report that, with modern treatment, nearly every child with spina bifida can have a productive life and even a level of independence thought impossible years ago.
However, Mrs. Khan and her husband decided to abort their son. Doctors presented abortion as a valid option, and the couple proceeded.
Mrs Khan went to St Mary’s Hospital in Manchester for a procedure to end the baby’s life. This involved a chemical being injected into the umbilical cord and was done on February 16 by Dr Philip Bullen. …
Dr Bullen said he had listened for a heartbeat, but could not hear one before he sent Mrs Khan to Royal Bolton Hospital where labour was induced.
The doctor and midwives committing the abortion expected the night to end with a stillbirth.
While many abortionists inject the chemical into the child’s heart, some inject into the child’s head, and some — like Dr. Philip Bullen — inject into the umbilical cord.
Mrs. Khan told a midwife at the second hospital that she felt her baby move. In the wee hours of the morning, on February 17, 2018, Mrs. Khan’s son was born — alive and crying.
She named him Mohammed Rehman Ahmed and held him until he died from his extreme prematurity, caused by the attempted abortion.
