It appears to me, that all that will be required, is to present the evidence to either a petite grand jury or the entire grand jury, deliberating over the facts, finalized by a vote to determine each individual “Breach of Contract,” against the “Terms & Conditions” set fourth in the 1871 Charter, better known as, “An Act To Provide a Government for the District of Columbia,” also known as, “Forty-First Congress. Sess III. Ch. 61, 62.” It would appear that all that is required is a 2/3 majority on each vote for each individual “Breach of Contract,” followed by any final votes to determine recourse (CONTRACT VOID), which I believe will also only require a 2/3 majority.
Time to get on with it.
