Holy Cow! Every Cop Needs to See and Learn From This Video!

One of the main reasons I do videos like this is because this is where the rubber meets the road in regard to the making of a policy or law and the actual enforcement of it. Consider it…no freedom snatching policy or law would or could make any real world difference in the lives of average people if the policy enforcers didn’t enact those laws. Harmful laws would have not teeth if it weren’t for the unconstitutional, mindless, order-following actions of the boys in blue. It’s the moment these laws are enforced by cops that the harassment begins, the usurious fines begin, the anti-liberty arrest and caging begins and when all the mayhem and injustice begins.

I want cops to see these videos and really think deeply about there actions and how they negatively affect people. If you just stayed true to the constitution and rejected any policy or action that ran contrary to it…we would have a much better world.

It’s painful to watch these 3 uniformed busybodies riffling through a dying man’s belongings trying to look for a substance that is giving him some measure of comfort and hope in his last days here on earth. A substance arbitrarily declared “illegal” by ruthless political hacks, who these officers swear allegiance to. And let’s be clear…cops like this are not heroes. They’re mindless robot, order-followers who’s loyalties lie, not in honoring their oath to defend and protect the constitution….not in serving and protecting the people… They are there to set human compassion and justice on the shelf so they can please their political overlords and generate revenue for the state and for the prison industrial complex. First, lemme give you the quick back story of this video.

Turns out…in December of last year, medical marijuana was officially legalized in Missouri—kind of. The legislation, titled Amendment 2, would establish 192 medical marijuana dispensaries by 2020. Those who need that medical marijuana now—like cancer patients, epileptics, glaucoma patients, those suffering from PTSD, and others—will still be prosecuted by police if they try to get it. As this recorded incident shows, police will even raid cancer patients in the hospital for possessing and using it.

I can only describe the actions of going through a stage 4 cancer patient’s belongings as conscience-seared.

Nolan’s Tribe of Warriors Against Cancer is a Facebook page setup to follow the life of Nolan, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last year. The page contains the following description of how the last year has played out for Nolan and his family:

Memorial Day 2018, Nolan was admitted to the hospital for jaundice and a blockage. 4 days in the hospital and no clear answers, a week later Nolan went to see an oncologist who broke the news of cancer to him for the first time. The journey began, many testing, many doctors, and none of them telling us what we wanted to hear. The prognosis was bleak, but Nolan was determined to keep fighting.

His journey led him to Bolivar, Mo with Dr Leo Shunyakov. Dr. Leo gave Nolan hope and reason to believe he could win this fight.

During his uphill battle against cancer, Nolan began to substitute opioids with THC capsules because they are far safer. But, despite the fact that Missouri recently passed a medical marijuana bill, cops are still more than willing to go after those who’d dare to attempt to save their lives with this plant—so they raided Nolan’s hospital room—and he filmed the interaction.

“We got a call that a cancer patient was in this hospital room using a harmless and beneficial plant to help him get his appetite back and to ease his pain. And we just can’t have that…cause our political overlords told us to either fine them through the issuance of citations or just haul their asses to jail. If we find anything we’re just gonna steal your money through citation, bud, don’t you worry.”

As several Bolivar police officers were raiding his room, rummaging through the family’s private property in search of a plant that was technically legalized in December, Nolan tells the officers how it was passed and that the state just has to finish all the paperwork to make it entirely legal. Because Nolan has pancreatic cancer right now, he can’t wait for the slow moving rusty cogs of the state to turn before he can use it. This is life or death for some people.

I hate this idea that cops convey. “If you don’t have anything to hide then you’ve got nothing to worry about” as they’re going through their personal things. It’s not about having something to hide, it’s about the utter inappropriateness and immorality of one man going through another man’s stuff without his consent. It’s about.. you wouldn’t want me to do that to you…so don’t do that to me.

As one cop stands there, acting like he’s some hero for raiding the hospital room of a cancer patient, Nolan asks him what he would do if he had cancer.

Actually, it is worth the argument right now. And Nolan makes a good point. You know that this cop would do anything…including acquiring so-called illegal things to save his life. And this cop saying… “well, it’s still illegal” is him saying, well my political overlords haven’t told me to stop invading people’s lives about this yet and I can’t think for myself and act like a compassionate human being. So, until they tell me it’s okay…I’m going to keep breaking my oath and ruining people’s lives.

I don’t know who this guy is in the room trying to call the shots, but he’s way off base. What these officers are doing is not technically their job. That’s not the oath they took. You’d think they put their hand on a bible and said, “I do solemnly swear to ruin the lives of as many people as I can get my hands on if they’re in possession of a plant that my political masters forbid them to have.” Their job is to actually keep other people from doing the very things they’re doing right now. They’re supposed to be protecting people from other people who are invading their lives and violating their rights. It’s not their job to go through a cancer patient’s belongings to make sure he doesn’t have prohibited plant matter.

Think about that too…these cops would be okay with it if they found addictive and harmful Pharmaceutical opioids….but not a harmless plant…Nope…can’t have that!!

This guy shushing Nolan up probably needs to hush himself and let Nolan talk. Nolan’s right…he’s got a right to live and not be harassed by people who think they have special legitimate power and authority to do what their doing. Think of the insanity of these cop’s actions. What if the shoe was on the other foot. What if Nolan and HIS buddies came into a dying cop’ss room. A room that was filled with other cops who wanted their partner to live. What if Nolan and his buddies started rifling through the dying cop’s belongings like these cops are doing? How long do you think they’d stand for that? Despite what people think, badges and uniforms don’t grant special rights.

“We got a call saying there’s saying there’s marijuana in the room.” Not that people were being harmed or threatened…but Marijuana. What insanity. These cops really don’t have anything better to do than for three, on the clock employees of the state to waste all this time harassing a person who isn’t harming anybody. Meanwhile, outside of the four walls of this hospital room women are being raped, children are being abducted and sold into slavery, cars are being stolen and people are being threatened and harmed. “Yeah…we know there’s a whole bunch of real criminal activity happening in our city…but we got a call that this guy may have a plant in this room that our political masters said he couldn’t have. So, we’ll just have to deal with all that real crime a little later.”

Guys this video continues for a couple more minutes..but you get the idea. These cops hate liberty and they hate the people who exercise their liberty. The proof is in their actions.

And in light of the actions of these Bolivar cops, let me read to you the laughable Mission statement of the Bolivar Missouri police department straight from their own website:

“It is the mission of the Bolivar Police Department to provide professional and impartial service in protection of the lives and property of the citizens of Bolivar. We will serve the community with integrity, honesty, courage and commitment to promote and maintain the safety and security of all. We will strive to create partnerships with the community while upholding and improving the quality of life and safeguarding the freedoms and liberty of all citizens.” This is a freakin’ joke.
