doTERRA: Learning Moment, Deep Blue

I am a mother of four in my mid 30′s and I have been told that I have some psychic abilities, mainly psychometry, paranormal, and lately remote viewing. Things come to me in the form of pictures in my mind, feelings and impressions, and sometimes sounds. I typically get them when asked to focus on specific objects or events. I clear my mind, think of the question or object and this blog is an example of what I get. This blog is a way for me to organize all my thoughts.
dōTERRA Deep Blue is perfect for a soothing massage after a long day of work or when you just have one of those days where you wake up stiff.   Try rubbing Deep Blue essential oil blend on your fingers, wrists, shoulders, and neck, or any tired/sore muscle. A few drops of Deep Blue Soothing Blend diluted in a carrier oil can be part of a cooling and comforting massage.

USES
• Apply on feet and knees before and after exercise (I’ve used this for sore, stiff or pulled muscles.  I have it on my neck right now!).

• Massage Deep Blue with a few drops of carrier oil onto growing kids’ legs before bedtime.
• Rub Deep Blue on your lower back after having a physical day to soothe achy muscles (I like to do this after a nice hot bath).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Topical use: Apply to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.  I’ve never had a problem, but it is always smart to test an area if you have any doubt.

Ingredients: Wintergreen Leaf, Camphor Bark, Peppermint Plant, Ylang Ylang Flower, Helichrysum Flower, Blue Tansy Flower, Blue Chamomile Flower, and Osmanthus Flower.
