Congress = CON & DIGRESS = Stealing the Republic of The United States of America

The founding fathers formed jural assemblies.  But were then convinced by enemy British infiltrators that Congress was the solution, when in fact it was a CON, DIGRESSING from the Jural Assemblies, and into a more corruptible form of government.
