This car park took 11.2 billion dollars and 30 years to make. It serves as a rest stop on the aqua-line, Japan’s longest underwater tunnel.

It’s designed in the shape of a cruise liner with all of the accommodations of one. It has shops, cafes, and public art.

4. The Community Bookshelf
