Hitting the sauna is a popular activity for fighters before weigh in. Or, fighters will wear sauna suits to sweat like crazy. Be careful with this, but it can shed a ton of weight in a few hours before the big event.

8. Skip Breakfast

Stop eating by sundown and don’t eat until lunch the following day. This is part of intermittent fasting and it’s quite effective in weight loss.
