Why Does Rome, Georgia, Have 100 Hospitals? Ponzi Scheme! Rockwatch

Yes, we do have 100 Hospitals for a population of 40,000 people here in Rome, Ga.  Everyone in town talks about how criminal it all is.  But as a former Investment Banker, I’ve figured it out by looking at the Floyd County, Floyd Hospital Bonds.  It is all based on the Ponzi Scheme Business Model.  Here in Floyd County, they have to keep building hospitals, to do more Medicare Fraud, to get more Government $Money, to build More Hospitals.  I used to sell 10′s of millions of dollars worth of hospital bonds, and they are often downgraded by Moody’s.  And, you have to go through 2 amputations to remove a diseased leg, 2X at the hospitals around here.  My 76 year old Stepfather, Joe Mcelligott died after it took 4 Operations to remove 1 Gall Stone.  And although I’ve been out of the Biz for some time, how is Floyd County guaranteeing a Floyd Hospital Bond?  Is it because they are both named Floyd?  Below you will find a link to Floyd Healthcare Managment, a corporation formed in 1991, it is NOT a County Hospital System.  Look at the name Wright Bagby under the names in Managment,  he is the former unelected Mayor of Floyd County when most of those Bogus Bonds were sold to the Public.  The Rome Ga.
