Every now and then WE must remind the dismissive public about how and why “Chemtrails” exist.
A good portion of the public can look at very impressive and dangerous Chemtrails and will insist that you are “nuts” and it’s only a “Contrail” emitting from the exhaust of a jet engine which heat mixed with very cold upper temperatures creates visible tiny ice crystals.
True indeed, but a Contrail does NOT remain for hundreds of miles, but dissipates a short distance behind the jet.
If ANY jet pilot tells you that Chemtrails do not exist….they are ignorant and uniformed. They will tell you that “if their aircraft was a Chemtrail emitter, they would know about it.” Not true…..
First of all, there are several ways for aerial spraying a.k.a. Stratosphere Aerosol Injection (SAI) and one that airline pilots can’t see while flying, because the pilots can’t see the wings or the engines anyway from the flight deck, but often enough…their jet is emitting a Chemtrail of various elements, i.e., Barium and Aluminum Oxide particles injected through the engine via additives in the jet fuel.
The boogey man that has control and issues the use of additives in jet fuel, when weather conditions or operations in certain areas calls for it, is no other than the CIA via NGO contractors.
The reason(s) given by the former CIA Director Brennan, a New World Order PUNK, for why aerial spraying (SAI) of the atmosphere is necessary is a mixture of truth and evil.
He cites the main reason is to “deflect sun light heat” (aluminum oxide) because of “Global Warming,” a huge lie since Chemtrails trap heat on the surface while deflecting heat upward which is used as an ingredient for “Weather Modification” to create intense thunderstorms and flooding. He admits though….weather modification can be used on rogue governments during war.
What’s not mentioned, the usual result from Chemtrails creates an overcast which can restrict Russian and Chinese satellites from viewing troop and equipment movements from one location to another. In addition……aluminum acts as a receiving antenna for the
High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) located in three known locations, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Norway. Together, a very powerful (high frequency) signal from each station meets at a designated location on earth, heats the atmosphere, and creates a violent weather condition.
OVERCAST-CLIMATE ENGINEERING (CHEMTRAIL / GEOENGINEERING DOCUMENTARY)
The only “Conspiracy Theory” about Chemtrails suggests a Ponzi scheme for an eventual “Carbon Tax” which California is already doing, and how the “big rollers” can manipulate “Futures and Commodities” trading.
How about the potential for bankruptcy of an insurance company by creating a massive storm over a region? Or…a reason to increase premiums beyond normal rates? How about reducing destroyed properties in-order for real estate moguls (China??) to buy these same properties for pennies on the dollar?
Chemtrails are also used for the GMO company Monsanto to take further control of farmers with their aluminum resistant seeds to force farmers to capitulate, since Chemtrails destroy crops ! How about destroying thousands of acres by creating a drought, while forcing the farmer to sell his land for pennies on the dollar? Many farmers in Southern California have gone bankrupt.
The CIA “Shadow Government” operatives working behind the scenes for the Globalist Bankers and players…..can create violent storms, or can create droughts. But what’s the bottom line for why Chemtrails exist?
The New World Order wants absolute power and control around the world and the best method for control, besides psychological brainwashing, is to have control of the weather. If THEY control the water and the food source, they control the people.
Wall Street and the NWO bankers in Europe play us like a big Monopoly Game.
THEY want your property and want older people dead because “the earth is over populated.” Barium creates cancer and aluminum oxide creates Alzheimer’s. Older seniors are “draining government budgets via Social Security and Medicare,” but at the same time…..the NWO takes advantage of what Chemtrails do because it creates a boom for the Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex.
Add dangerous vaccinations to a dumb down public, the NWO reduce generations of children to basket cases….setting the stage for outright control of a future population that must depend on a rogue government, thus creating a submissive population as the NAZI’s did with high levels of Fluoride during WWII.
Fluoride in city water nationwide is dangerous…..and was introduced under “Operation Paperclip” when thousands of NAZI scientists were integrated into American society after WWII. CIA Director Acknowledges Chemtrails In Historic Speech
In the June 2016 speech, Brennan addressed threats to national and global security, making the unusual decision to focus on new and developing technology.
First mentioning the potential for cyber attacks, hacking, and other types of disruptions to the governmental, military and civilian infrastructure of the world, Brennan also mentioned the “problem” of an aging population due to increased longevity as well as the potential for the creation of genetically engineered bacteria to be used for biological warfare purposes. But what has raised many eyebrows is Brennan’s discussion of geoengineering.
While Brennan did not state that geoengineering was currently being conducted, he did go into some discussion about the possibility of geoengineering in the near future.
Brennan stated,
Another example is the array of technologies—often referred to collectively as geoengineering—that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.
An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. The process is also relatively inexpensive—the National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly.
As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community. On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
On the geopolitical side, the technology’s potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions at the expense of others could trigger sharp opposition by some nations. Others might seize on SAI’s benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI.
While we must be clear that Brennan did not state that geoengineering was currently taking place or that he made mention of chemtrails, it is important to note that he essentially described the process of chemtrailing and geoengineering in a speech that was designed to discuss possible threats to global security in the near future.
His speech was given to the Council on Foreign Relations, no less, one cell in a worldwide network of “think tanks” who are responsible for developing and implementing much of the Anglo-American agenda through national policy. While many may consider geoengineering to be nothing more than a conspiracy theory, Brennan’s speech should cause them to rethink their perspective.

Spraying heavy toxic metals into the atmosphere for ingestion by inhalation can never be called a good thing. Aluminum is not considered heavy but, can kill any type of life form.
If sunlight’s is reflected then just as surely the infrared discharge of heat from the Earth is reflected back onto the Earth. Since the Earth can’t discharge the heat and it is reflected back then yes, the chemtrails are actually heating the Earth. That is were a lot of your global warming is coming from. The natural atmosphere holds and circulates heat. That is why we are different than the moon which is plus 300 degrees in the light and minus 300 degrees during the dark. No atmosphere on the moon holds and circulates. The heat in the dark area radiates into space. It is also supposed to do so on the Earth and does only with, some resistance. The normal action of our atmosphere has been disrupted and if they stop to day it may take more than a year for things to normalize. That is of course if the idiots have not put a very high layer in orbit.
