First and foremost, let me tell you about my passions. I grew up eating boxed, tasteless, nutrition free food. After I got married and had children, I decided that I really wanted to cook delicious meals. I struggle with my weight and I didn’t want my kids to have to deal with that as well, so I became obsessed with using the best, freshest, most local, organic when I can, ingredients. But I just didn’t want it to be healthy, I wanted it to taste so good that you were thrilled to come to my house (or to grow up in it).
