Alex Jones/Peter Schiff: PRICES are Set to SKYROCKET! [transcript]

It has become more obvious that the purpose of Obamacare, amnesty, free trade agreements, etc. has been to collapse the economy, in order to raise it into another form, perhaps a Marxist dictatorship. Evidence just keeps mounting. 

In the Alex Jones New Years interview with Peter Schiff, he states: “People are more clueless today about what’s going to happen than in the Dot.com or housing bubble.

Even Alan Greenspan is starting to criticize QE and is telling people to buy gold. The reality is that this is the Fed’s biggest bubble.” 

I think they are ready to launch QE4 to keep the economy from re-lapsing  into 2015 and that’s going to be a game changer for the dollar, commodities, for gold.

I don’t know that the stock market is going to be cut in half the way it was in 2008, or in 2000. I think the Fed realizes this bubble is too big to pop and ends up sacrificing the dollar.”

Alex: Is the big threat inflation or deflation?

Schiff: When people talk about inflation or deflation, they refer to consumer prices. When central bankers are talking about it, they are worried about the stock and real estate and bond markets coming down. They are also worried about the inability of the government to repay their debt.They need inflation to wipe out the debt. 
 

The average person knows that prices are rising, and the government pretends otherwise with their CPI numbers. 

Real wages, full time jobs are being destroyed in the real economy. Because we are not the only country that is in trouble- people are buying dollars because they are worried about the Euro, are jumping out of the frying pan into the fire ( into dollars), not realizing the dollar is in worse trouble. 

It’s all about confidence. One of the reasons have confidence in the dollar is that they believe QE has ended and that they are going to raise interest rates. I think that even a small raise in interest rates will pop this huge bubble and we will have a financial crisis worse than before.  

Well have more QEs than Rocky movies. If we come out with another round of QE – that will be the beginning of the end of confidence. 

Look at Russia. The ruble is down 50% and they are responding by raising interest rates to 17%. The Russian economy is slowing down – but it’s not broken. Imagine what’s going to happen in America when there’s a loss of confidence in the Fed and the dollar and our currency starts to drop. What are we going to do to protect it? 
 

Alex: What does the unraveling look like? What do you see in 2015?
