LAGARDE: Because Employment is Up, The FED to RAISE RATES Mid-2015

LaGarde continues, “And the fact that the Fed is going to do that is good news in and of itself. Because it shows that two things are moving in the right direction: Employment is up and unemployment down, and inflation is hopefully giving little signs of moving up in the right direction.”

I guess she hasn’t been to the grocery store lately, being a billionaire and all. Because inflation is sure moving in a big way there, and that’s NOT a good thing. But those pesky food prices don’t mean anything to economists like her, as according to the menu, where hot dogs are $43 and a Ceasar Salad is $55 in US Dollars. And apparently she doesn’t look into the BLS jobs numbers that show that wages and the percentage of people working haven’t been this low in decades AND that 340,000 more people dropped out of the US workforce last month. 

But, forget the facts. Let’s just look at the surface and make sweeping legislation based on the lies coming out of the BLS. 

According to Peter Schiff, “When central bankers are talking about it [inflation], they are worried about the stock and real estate and bond markets coming down. They are also worried about the inability of the government to repay their debt.They need inflation to wipe out the debt.

I think that even a small raise in interest rates will pop this huge bubble and we will have a financial crisis worse than before.  

We‘ll have more QEs than Rocky movies. If we come out with another round of QE – that will be the beginning of the end of confidence. 

Look at Russia. The ruble is down 50% and they are responding by raising interest rates to 17%. The Russian economy is slowing down – but it’s not broken. Imagine what’s going to happen in America when there’s a loss of confidence in the Fed and the dollar and our currency starts to drop!”
