During 2010 the very first order for Tea Party Coloring Book for Kids was from the United States Marines in Pendleton, California, an order of over 3,000 books, and orders only went up from there. Including orders for 10,000 books from corporate donors simply giving the books away to youth in their locales.

“The idea for the Tea Party book was generated while on a drive to a trade show convention in Iowa during the summer of 2009.  During lunch, Bell noticed a small gathering of people by a river in what looked like a protest. He asked what was going on and they answered, “we are protesting higher taxes, government abuse of the people, government red tape, overspending, government bail outs and free-loading and again the high taxes on the American people”. Bell’s thought; “What a nice group of people, they are just looking to maintain a fair shot in their daily lives and build success for their families”.

Little did Bell know the simple small coloring book he would soon create would cause such a stir. From the New York Times to LA Times and across the globe, he began to look around at articles appearing throughout the major media in the US, Canada and England. Some say the little Tea Party book helped set the stage to elect a polar opposite to President Obama. Interestingly, Bell also published the “2008 Yes We Did President Obama Coloring Book” which sold by the literal 18-wheeler load and without one negative word from the media. Proudly states Bell, “Both books still sell today, the reaction of the media on the two books above helped identify the polarization of the American people at an incredible level, parents do not lie about their children.
