Formed by the revered Spanish revolutionary José Antonio Primo de Rivera, the Spanish Falange epitomises the national traditions of Spain. The Party, formed in 1933, predates the totalitarian European Union by 60-years.

However, the Falange and National Democracy will not be allowed to hold an international seminar in the European Parliament.  The president of the institution, Antonio Tajani, decided that the arranged convention under the title ‘The future of the true patriotic forces in Spain for unity and freedom’, organised by elected Member of the European Parliament Udo Voigt (NPD), will not be permitted access to the facilities of the European Parliament.

The rules, backed by the EU Court of Justice, grant the (unelected) president of the institution a wide margin of manoeuvre and discretion to protect the ‘dignity’ (of dictators) of the same and ensure ‘security and public order’. 

The unelected Tajani also banned a conference with Carles Puigdemont and Quim Torra. The EU despot says that Manuel Andrino (president of the Falange) or Pedro Chaparro and Gonzalo Martín (president and vice president of National Democracy) have no place at the Brussels headquarters of Parliament. Also likely to be banned by the bunker-based European Union the leaders of Spain’s popular VOX Party. “The security services of the chamber are analysing if there are ‘security risks’.

Denied democracy, the Court of Justice of the EU, after a complaint by Voigt himself, ruled in 2015 that there is no such thing as an unreserved right to access Parliament in order to express their political expressions.
