Tauriga rises after announcing launch of e-commerce site for CBD-infused gum
Tauriga Sciences Inc (OTCMKTS:TAUG) rose Monday after announcing the launch of an e-commerce site selling its cannabidiol-infused chewing gum.
The New York company said it’s completing the site’s back-end configuration for payment processing and expects to start processing customer orders for Tauri-Gum in the next few days.
Shares of Tauriga climbed $0.01, or 15%, to $0.09 in Monday’s OTC Markets trading.

Initial inventory of 8,700 individual blister packs is expected to be received at Tauriga’s fulfillment facility within the next week or so, according to the company. It said it’s meeting with top-tier distributors and offering them high-quality, low-risk entry into the market for CBD, a non-psychoactive component of cannabis.
The price of the gum is $17.99 for a blisterpack and $179.99 for a retail display box. Shipping is free for any customer who orders two or more blister packs.
The New York-based company said it expects to begin generating revenue in March
