Protesters Seek Deployment of Armed Militia Groups To End Police Brutality on Wall Street

 The Wall Street protest and the Day of Rage in D.C. on October 6^th , 2011, are not about money.  Money is made and lost all the time.  Businesses go bankrupt and people get robbed.  Markets disappear, people lose jobs and wealth is lost, but all this is a processes of the free market.  Accordingly, people and the government need to understand what is being protested.  We are protestign that the government has allowed theft, fraud, tyranny and police state imposed poverty to oppress Americans and enrich the financial elite.

Americans have the ability to be productive.  They have the ability to make up losses.  They can alter their standard of living to fit their current means and meanwhile have no problem finding meaning and purpose for their lives.

What Americans are protesting is the injustice of a tyrannical government who purpose was supposed to be providing rule of law and protection of people from theft and fraud.  Government’s most important task is to protect liberty and property through the enforcement of contracts.  However, our current government now operates as a global crime syndicate whose protected criminal rackets exploit the labor of the people for an oligarachy and kleptocracy.

Americans detest being a nation of men as opposed to a nation of laws.  Americans have begged for justice in the criminal justice system only to meet police perjury, prosecutorial abuse and judicial tyranny.  Instead of providing justice, our system has turned into a means to enslave, warehouse, permanently diminish, coerce, rape, torture and murder opponents of a government while allowing the rich and powerful to make victims of the people.  Our criminal justice system is exactly that –a CRIMINAL justice system.  The CRIMINAL justice system is one of social control.  It provides very little protection for liberty or justice.

The people have demanded justice by our courts, but the arrogant judges and prosecutors have denied them that justice.  The police falsely charge citizens to hide their crimes against our liberties while the judges and prosecutors allow false arrest, perjury and every sort of judicial tyranny to be perpetrated.  Individual actors, who call themselves government, have ignored the demands of the people for justice.  The courts are used as another means to rob the people of the fruits of their labor.  A criminal lawyer class has emerged that sells justice to the highest bidder.

Lincoln gave us an omnipotent central government devoid of justice, bound by no laws and controlled by those accustomed to using tyranny and violence.  Just as Lincoln was willing to slaughter half the nation to bring it under his control, so to is our CRIMINAL justice system willing to crush justice as a means to perpetuating its tyranny.

Finding a way of correcting the crimes inflicted upon Americans would be easy, but justice is abhorrent to those who only want their way.  The courts, when they have identified someone to persecute, have no concern for any consequence to the individual or their family.  So it is with those who commit fraud, torture, engage in crimes against humanity and perpetrate mass murders under the auspices of nationalism and militarism.  The people who lied to create war and those who stole money through various frauds ought to be brought to account and the money returned.

If I sell a stolen car, it is incumbent upon me to return the money.  If I buy a stolen car, regardless of how much I paid, the car rightfully reverts to its lawful owner.  So should it be with the bailout money and the worthless derivatives the banks knew were being used to defraud Americans.  And, so should it be with the bonus contracts that were showered upon those who have bankrupted millions of Americans.

The disaster our nation has become can be attributed to judges, actually criminals in robes, who refused to enforce the social contract between the people and the forces of tyranny.  The U.S. Constitution is a contract between the people and government.  The government has refused to uphold its end of that agreement.  The police state with is prosecutorial misconduct and judicial tyrannies are not merely individual acts by a few people.  These crimes are a war waged upon Americans and the U.S. Constitution.  These crimes have become a new paradigm that is supported by criminal acts stacked upon scams, frauds and tyrannies.  The disregard our officials show for the people is equal to that during monarchical rule prior to the French Revolution.  Federal courts now refuse to allow citizens to present legal defenses and arguments against their tyranny.  The ATF, DEA, FBI and CIA all torture and murder.  The IRS operates wholly outside the U.S. Constitution.  Judges who have the power to dismiss, but instead choose to enforce police state edicts, back all these tyrannies.

American militia units ought to do their duty and protect the citizens from police state tyranny.  The American people already know their rights will not be respected,much less protected by thugs in blue state-issued costumes.  Militia units ought to deploy and ensure the U.S. Constitution is obeyed by those who have decided they own the right to declare citizens unlawful combatants and summarily execute people.

 The social contract exists to protect life, liberty and property. This means there will be prohibitions against murder, assault, theft and vandalism.   Other rules are needed to secure the benefits of social living. This means there will be prohibitions on breaking contracts (e.g. promises) and a general requirement of truth-telling.  Yet, police state murders persist and officers hide and destroy evidence.  When these crimes are exposed they are ignored by judges.  The written laws are violated by government without any redress.  Now, Americans are thrown into jail for erroneously answering a FBI agent’s question.  Meanwhile an FBI agent will tear your house and car apart, pile on false and frivolous charges, torture and engage in coercion against innocents to bring false charges. 

All three branches of government have aligned with each other and against the American people. The government allows its partisans, in the form of corporations, to commit crimes with such impunity that the financial industry steals our wealth, private security firms get away with murder, torture and rape, telecom corporations get away with spying, and the CRIMINAL justice system gets away with whatever crime it decides to commit.

The people on Wall Street and those in Washington D.C later this month on October 6^th   ought not just be those complaining about Wall Street, but ought to be opposing a system that allows police state criminality.  Every person that has been a victim of an out-of-control police state ought to attend.  Either we will crash the system or we will become its slaves.

The central banking system is designed to crash.  It is made to concentrate property and money in the hands of the elite.  It is a criminal racket for which the transfer of wealth to the elite, who are allowed to print money out of nothing, becomes a mathematical certainty. 

The militia can protect Americans.  They can save the people.  They can end the tyranny.  Now is the time to act.  We need to recognize them as the true patriots as opposed to those willing to commit any crime on behalf of the state.

You can stand up now or wait and lie in the gutter as the elite laugh and make you’re their slaves.  This modern economic system is little more than slavery in which the slave and master maintain an impersonal relationship, but it is no less onerous.

Dear reader, please read the other links located on this page and decide for yourselves if I am telling the truth.  We have come to the logical conclusion of Waco, Ruby Ridge, the tortures and murders by the FBI and police agencies against people like Marine Corps Sergeant Derek Hale, a mistakenly identified Kenneth Trentadue, the hiding of the assassination of President Kennedy, and the thousands of crimes documented on Youtube that show police brutality rising to the level of torture.

Will the courts do anything? –No.  Will the prosecutors bring charges for civil rights violations? No.  Will the military protect us? –No.  Will the police respect our constitutional rights? –No.  Just like the Nazis, the police will rationalize their crimes and dehumanize their victims.  “I’m only doing my job.” they will tell whoever will listen.

These institutions have made peaceful change and redress impossible.  They have waged war on the people with guns, clubs, false charges, perjury prisons, beatings, rapes and murders.  Americans have a right to overthrow such tyranny.  Read the Declaration of Independence and decide for yourself what action needs to be taken.

The crimes by the police state are somewhat trivialized here, but here they mention police brutality.  What they don’t mention is what happens as a result of false arrest, false charges, police perjury and malicious prosecution by a criminal police state intent on subverting the constitution and waging war against the people on behalf of criminal bankers.  Vote every single person out of office except Ron Paul.

Mainstream media finally mentions and exposes police state brutality:
