 Let me surf over to EBAY and search for TURTLE HEADS FOR SALE>>> YEAH RIGHT !

Turtles are very heavy alive or dead requiring a number of people to move them and a vehicle to load to and would be obvious if people saw ‘no movement’ from turtle during a rescue !

The Turtle Rescue People ‘DO NOT’ come out for dead sea turtles !

Whomever (most likely a Authority worker) cut the heads off is probably getting the brains tested for lesions = (holes) in the brains caused by chemical death, or they know this and wanted no one else to check, but it would be illegal to do this under the Federal Protection Act of Sea Turtles.

So my guess is to my first thoughts to deflect the truth.

Now how far will they go, what they will they ….
