A transcript of a phone call between himself and the Flores twins, where he requested rocket launchers, and below that a copy of his November, 2018 Plea Agreement.

Zambada Niebla, will be testifying in the El Chapo trial as a cooperative witness. He will no doubt, also be testifying against his father in the process. He has already done so in the past

Vicente Zambada Niebla VZN and Margarito Flores MF recorded phone conversation

Below is a partial transcript of a recorded conversation. Chapo’s brother Juancho, now deceased, answered the phone, he then handed the phone to VZN. In the first part of the conversation VZN complains about low-grade heroin from Felipe Cabrera Sarabia. Margarito had paid Felipe for the heroin. Then the subject changes as can be read below. Margarito had found a soldier to get 20-30 rocket launchers; VZN agrees to accept in the U.S. at double the cost.

Telephone call; 11/29/2008

MF: Hey, do you remember what we talked about? About those toys (the weapons previously asked about)

VZN:Yes.

MF:It’s fine. I have somebody that just got out of the service and he said he could hook me up but they’re going to charge twice as much. Is that okay?

VZN:That’s fine, just let me know.

MF:Okay, they’re the kind that you told me about. He said, I can get twenty, thirty for sure

VZN:All right.

MF:They’re exactly the ones that you told me about he can make them for me. Because he’s coming over here to live anyway…so whatever he gets me will be double

VZN:All right

MF:Just tell him as a favor to me, to accept delivery there (in the U.S.)

VZN:Yeah, I’ll tell him and he’ll accept them

MF:Okay, it’s all set then.

VZN:All right.

MF:Okay, we’ll talk if anything. Tell everyone I said hi.

VZN:All right.

MF:All right.

After VZN disconnects Margarito records, ”That was a call with Vicente Zambada, “El Mayo’s” son.”
