La Raza Agent Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) Seditious Act of Treason, Complicit With the Deaths of Thousands of Illegal Aliens Along the Border: Capt. Dave Bertrand, Ret. +Videos

“Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) believes Hispanics should get amnesty and citizenship to punish Americans who are against illegal immigration.’

Mr. Gutierrez’s frustration was only deepened by president [Obama's] announcement this week that he would send up to 1,200 more National Guard troops to the border with Mexico, a move Mr. Gutierrez called “sound-bite driven politics.”

I have personally worked the border in Arizona on and off since 2006 thru 2012 and as Media Relations Director for the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps (MCDC) from 2007 – 2009, I reported on the actions and rescues by (our) ‘Search and Rescue’ teams specifically trained to assist illegal aliens in distress.

However, groups like La Raza and No Mas Muertes called my media reports propaganda, while at the same time, I invited leaders of both organizations to spend a couple days with the Minutemen, of which they declined.

Their political mission then, is the same now……’Si Se Puede !’ (Yes We Can) but we won’t be waiting for you with buses before you die in the desert.

These groups and politicians like Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) DO NOT want the public knowing about the tragedies in the desert being the result of open borders, but do nothing to stop it. But….they will certainly be happy to provide the number of deaths in-order to win public sympathy.

I asked the Director of ‘No More Deaths’ (No Mas Muertes) in 2007….”if you are so worried about how many are dying in the desert, why not have buses ready to pick them up once they cross?” No answer….but reality says, ‘aiding and abetting’ illegal aliens is a federal crime. But….the group does place water barrels in strategic places near the border of which the group was investigated around 2008 for allowing their water barrels to be used for hiding cocaine shipments. I knew that personally, because I intercepted the radio (DEA and USBP)communications while serving at the border, but not a word by any media source.

A border Wall slows down illegal immigration, a known FACT……

However, the hypocrites on the Left suggest they are for “Border Security” by spending more money on agents, drones, and cameras posted along the border.

A drone or camera is USELESS in remote areas when agents need to be airlifted to a location, and are NOT allowed to transport illegal aliens from that area by helicopter, unless it is a medical distress situation. The nearest road for transporting a group is not always accessible, especially when it requires the group to be escorted by the agents, dropped by the helicopter, taking those agent’s time from intercepting (usually) the larger group that used the smaller group as the ‘decoy.’

While a camera or drone detects a small group of 5, a Commander at Tucson Sector Comms must make a decision to launch a helicopter, (if available) to deal with the small group, or wait until a larger group is detected. It’s a cat and mouse attempt to intercept groups of illegal aliens, when a border wall would slow illegal aliens down considerably.

Therefore….the game we are witnessing in Washington with the ‘shutdown’ is going nowhere and the argument for “NO WALL” is proving the hypocrisy and the NEED for illegal aliens to continue dying in the desert for political leverage.

Politicians like Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) promoting illegal immigration is a seditious and treasonous attempt to undermine the president, the security of the United States and the “will of the people” that want to keep America safe.

Is it any wonder why Gutierrez is stepping down from congress after it was discovered he has misused campaign donations to pocket himself through his wife?

“Soraida has pocketed $65,000 during the 2016 election cycle to date. She has been paid a total of $312,000 from the Gutierrez for Congress campaign committee since 2010.

Gutierrez’s wife is not the only member of his family to benefit from his campaign. His two daughters have also received thousands in payments over the years.”

These are dire times for America and the war between the Dems and Trump is going to escalate in the next few months, while America’s border along the southwest is flooded with illegal aliens believing the Dems are going to save them, but not realizing……the open border pundits are hoping they die.
