Malagón, “El Patas”, a member of the old Arellano Cartel, is shot
At six in the afternoon with twenty minutes of Monday, March 25, José Gerardo Malagón Maciel “El Patas” was wounded with a firearm, a man of about 60 years old identified by investigating police as a member of the Arellano Félix cartel , who has been detained and released twice.
