El Menchito is a former drug trafficker, high-ranking leader of the Jalisco Cartel Nueva Generación (CJNG).
He is the son of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes (aka “El Mencho”), one of the most wanted men in Mexico. Under his father, he allegedly worked as second in command of the CJNG and directed the international drug trafficking operations.
According to these reports, the leader of the CJNG is “jumping from the bush” and has very little communication with people he trusts, one of them is “El 3″.
This character is allegedly emerging as the successor of “El Mencho”, as there is evidence that the recent acts of violence that have occurred in the region have been ordered directly by him.
