With a presence in 22 of the 32 states, the Jalisco Cartel New Generation ( CJNG ) is emerging as the fastest growing criminal organization in Mexico.

In less than a decade, CJNG has become one of the most violent and prolific DTO’s in the world.

In 2018, the U.S. Department of Justice designated CJNG as one of the five most dangerous transnational criminal groups in the world.

The key to its rapid advancement is strategic placement of operators in the southwest Border of the U.S. such as adjacent to Tijuana, and on the U.S. northern border adjacent to Vancouver Canada.

CJNG also has control in specific areas of the Pacific and Atlantic oceans.

Sinaloa Cartel is designated as the fastest growing on the international level. In Mexico it operates along the Pacific Coast.

For its part, the Sinaloa Cartel is listed by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as the fastest growing Mexican criminal organization at the international level; in Mexico, it operates along the Pacific coast.
