On April 20, 2015 I met with a woman from the United Nations Office of Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues to hand deliver to her over 100 pages relating to my lineage and its accompanying research. During our meeting she informed me her office were hosting their annual forum and asked me to speak at their conference. This portion of the video tape, her introducing herself (Natalie), inviting me to speak at the conference and receiving the documents were all edited out of the video tape.

Older research material and videos have been tampered with. However what cannot be disputed is the fact this false history has run it course and has come to an end.

Honoring Indigenous Status

Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People
The 2007 doctrine Affirms that indigenous peoples are equal to all other  peoples,  while  recognizing  the  right  of  all  peoples  to  be  different,  to  consider  themselves  different, and to be respected as such.

Statelessness
The 1954 Convention is designed to ensure that stateless people enjoy a minimum set of human rights. It establishes the legal definition of a stateless person as someone who is “not recognized as a national by any state under the operation of its law.” Simply put, this means that a stateless person is someone who does not have the nationality of any country.

KEY:A stateless person is someone who is not considered as a national by any state.
*The causes of statelessness around the world are numerous. In most cases, there is an underlying issue of discrimination – usually on the basis of race or ethnicity.

**Two factors are of particular importance: Is the nationality in question acquired automatically, or through some form of registration – If nationality is acquired automatically then the person is a national regardless of documentation. This is the case for Europeans whose system is established on citizenship and nationality.

THIS IS KEY: If registration is required then the person is not a national. And they must further enforce this nationality by voting. I do not vote, I do not have a drivers license, I do not have a passport, I do not have a library card.

Indigenous People have a right to Self-governance, their cultural traditions and a right of self-determination.

I AM Indigenous and Stateless and I demand this be honored.

Indigenous Peoples at the UN

Indigenous peoples are inheritors and practitioners of unique cultures and ways of relating to people and the environment. They have retained social, cultural, economic and political characteristics that are distinct from those of the dominant societies in which they live. Despite their cultural differences, indigenous peoples from around the world share common problems related to the protection of their rights as distinct peoples.

Indigenous peoples  have sought recognition of their identities, way of life and their right to traditional lands, territories and natural resources for years, yet throughout history, their rights have always been violated. Indigenous peoples today, are arguably among the most disadvantaged and vulnerable groups of people in the world. The international community now recognizes that special measures are required to protect their rights and maintain their distinct cultures and way of life.
