President Trump In Negotiations to lease the Highly Controversial Film "Eleven Years"?

Bob Dylan a devout democrat who played at President Clinton’s inaugural ceremony, and who’s son Jesse Dylan produced President Obama’s “Yes We Can” campaign slogan video has been in a twenty four year legal battle with songwriter James Damiano who has produced a movie titled “Eleven Years” (The amount of time Damiano worked with Dylan). 

Damiano unleashed an avalanche of evidence against Dylan in court and has referenced them in his movie. 

Dylan caught wind of Damiano casting his movie and had his law firm send a letter to Damiano.

Articles have been appearing online crowning Dylan who is quoted by presidents and touted as a prophet, as the most revered celebrity on the planet with a level of reverence second to no one stating that Dylan is the most chronicled person of the millennium other than Jesus Christ.

When asked in an interview with CBS newsman Ed Bradley  if he was a prophet Dylan replied “they call [me] that all the time – ‘you’re the prophet, you’re the savior,’ ” says Dylan. “I never wanted to be a prophet or a savior,” Dylan says. “ELVIS maybe. I could see myself becoming him. But prophet? No.”

Citing “Fraud Upon The Court” Damiano claims “All and every ruling of every motion in this litigation decided by this court were in favor of Defendant Bob Dylan, subjectively based only on the opinion of Bob Dylan’s counsel, Orin Snyder and held as truth over my Plaintiff (James Damiano’s) true material facts which conclusively reveal the opposite of Judge Simandle’s findings, opinions and rulings.”

The Standard:

Courts have repeatedly held that positive proof of the partiality of a judge is not a requirement, only the appearance of partiality. Liljeberg v. Health Services Acquisition Corp., 486 U.S. 847, 108 S.Ct. 2194 (1988) (what matters is not the reality of bias or prejudice but its appearance); United States v. Balistrieri, 779 F.2d 1191 (7th Cir. 1985) (Section 455(a) “is directed against the appearance of partiality, whether or not the judge is actually biased.”) (“Section 455(a) of the Judicial Code, 28 U.S.C. §455(a), is not intended to protect litigants from actual bias in their judge but rather to promote public confidence in the impartiality of the judicial process.”). 

Sources close to Damiano’s camp have leaked that Damiano may be in  negotiations with president Trump about leasing his film. A letter from President Trump has recently popped up on Damiano’s facebook timeline.
