This is something that we have fought for—for 2 years.
NOW, we must DEMAND that Congressional hearings be held on the
ELIGIBILITY of Barack Obama to serve as President!
In a matter of days, the 112th Congressional session will convene. We must make sure that they hold to their political word—and that they make the Barack Obama Eligibility issue their TOP PRIORITY.
You must help the United States Justice Foundation (USJF) to hold Congress’ “feet to the fire” and DEMAND a Congressional investigation into whether Barack Hussein Obama is CONSTITUTIONALLY ELIGIBLE to serve as President of the United States!
Over the past two years, because Congress failed to “vet” Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility before the Electoral College voted (even though they vetted Senator John McCain), several American citizens have filed lawsuits, believing that the federal judiciary would protect the Constitution of the United States, which they swore to uphold. Only, instead, these federal judges told the plaintiffs in these actions that this was not a “judicial matter” but, rather, they said, it was a “Congressional matter.” Congress, the courts said, need to answer that question. The 1st Amendment to the U. S. Constitution guarantees its citizens the right to petition its government for a redress of grievances. To date, the voice of the People has been ignored (except during the Election of 2010). It is now time that the People are heard in the matter of the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the position of Chief Executive of the United States of America.
Let’s look at what needs to happen and what questions need to be asked:
- Congressional hearings as to Mr. Obama’s eligibility to serve as U.S. President.
- Congressional hearings as to Mr. Obama’s eligibility to be a U.S. Senator.
- Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the President must be a natural born citizen. Why did the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate NOT pursue Barack Obama’s eligibility—but did “vet” U.S. Senator John McCain?
- Why did the federal courts “stonewall” the various lawsuits that were brought before them—even the USJF case of Drake v. Obama—as to the eligibility of Barack Obama to serve as President? Or the case of Kerchner, et al, v Barack Hussein Obama, in support of which USJF submitted an amicus (“friend of the court”) brief? The American people, as a whole, have been stonewalled on this issue for two years. It’s now time for answers!

Why have the federal courts NOT adequately addressed a single citizen’s grievance concerning Mr. Obama’s eligibility?
To end the quest for proof that he was eligible to seek the office of President of the United States, all Mr. Obama had to do was produce his original long-form, physician-issued, birth certificate. That would have satisfied YOU and me. All Mr. Obama has to do is show his original long-form birth certificate.
But no—
Instead, he has spent, according to published reports, nearly TWO MILLION DOLLARS in hiding not only his birth certificate and grade school records—but all of his personal records. Freedom-loving patriots, who adhere to the United States Constitution, consider this an absolute outrage. We demand a Congressional investigation! It’s time!
Worse, over the last two years, Obama and the far-left media has done a very good job of helping Mr. Obama hide the truth, by posting a copy of a “Certification of Live Birth” (which merely affirmed that the State of Hawaii acknowledged a claim that Barack Obama was born, somewhere in the world, on August 6, 1961,and that his family intended for him to be a resident of Hawaii); and by attempting to intimidate anyone who raises questions as to why Mr. Obama has spent so much money to conceal his records if he has nothing to hide. Yet, recent polls suggest that up to 58 percent of the American people now wonder where Mr. Obama was born. None of those who accept Obama’s paperless version of his birth ask why, if he was born in the United States, and not in what is now Kenya, has he spent so much money concealing that fact? A two million dollar legal and PR campaign to hide the truth can trigger a lot of doubt.
NOW, IT’S TIME FOR THE TRUTH!

USJF currently has two cases in California that are still before the Courts—one before the California State Supreme Court and one before the United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Obama has not been forthcoming with any of the documents which would shed much light on his early years. When you peruse the following list, you will realize one thing: you wouldn’t spend two million dollars to conceal this information from media scrutiny, unless you had something to hide.

- Punahou school records
- Occidental College records
- Columbia University records
- Harvard Law School records
- Passport
- Medical records
- Files from his years as an Illinois state senator
- Illinois State Bar Association records
- Baptismal records
- Adoption records
Yet, he has spent nearly $2 million, according to published reports, to HIDE these records from the American people!
Please, FAX every Member of Congress to demand a Congressional Investigation as to whether Barack Obama is ELIGIBLE to serve as President of the United States. On the lighter side, as Mr. Obama’s popularity nosedived a month before the midterm elections, Tonight Show host Jay Leno quipped that “… things are so bad for Barack Obama these days that even Democrats are asking for his birth certificate.”
It may be a joke—to some. But it’s extremely serious to those of us who understand Article II of the U.S. Constitution. Please help USJF in this critical Constitutional battle.
We need Congress to push for Congressional hearings to settle the question of Mr. Obama’s eligibility once and for all. The American people have a right to know if the person sitting in the Oval Office is, indeed, legally holding the of Office of the President of the United States. The voters of the United States needs these hearings to take place—not “whitewash,” “show” hearings, but a real investigation of the issue, to get at the truth. That is what the American people want. And, that’s what the U.S. Constitution demands. And, what’s more, that what the Founding Fathers of this great nation would expect.
