CNN’s Marc Lamont Hill Calls for Violence Against Israelis

CNN used to represent the soporific voice of the liberal establishment. Like other pillars of that establishment, it has become alarmingly radicalized. To get an idea of how far CNN has ventured onto the lunatic fringe, consider that Marc Lamont Hill is a regular commentator. Here is what Hill has to say about Israel, the lonely outpost of Western Civilization in the savage and dysfunctional mess Islamic conquest made of the Middle East:

Hill, in a Wednesday speech to the United Nations, called for violent resistance [i.e., war] against Israel and advocated expanding Palestine “from the river to the sea,” a phrase used by those who believe that Israel should be eliminated.

Hamas terrorists have gotten a lot of mileage out of the slogan.

Hill, who has a long history of anti-Semitism, made the remarks at a U.N. event commemorating the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. He said the international community should boycott Israel and allow Palestinians more space to engage in violence against the Jewish state, arguing that violence was also employed in the struggles of African Americans.

Similar tactics — combining local violence with international boycotts — were used to destroy another outpost of civilization surrounded by savagery, with catastrophic results that continue to unfold before our eyes.

“Violence against the Jewish state” in a Muslim context actually means terrorism against innocence civilians.

When Trump called for Palestinians to “reject hatred and terrorism,” Hill denounced this plea as “offensive.”

Hill, a Temple University professor, is named as a CNN commentator on the channel’s website, which describes him as “one of the leading intellectual voices in the country.”

Marc Lamont Hill espouses an ideology that is not merely wrong but malevolent. CNN gladly provides him a platform. The public largely accepts it.
