Outlook

Isolated to scattered daytime showers and storms are expected through today as a ridge of warm high pressure builds over the Southeast. Shower and thunderstorm coverage increases slightly Monday as a weak cold front approaches the region. Following the front, a stronger summerlike ridge of high pressure builds over the Deep South next week, resulting in very warm temperatures and limited rainfall through next Friday.
