Mother of Trayvon Martin Enters Politics

Karl Marx was right for a change when he said that “history repeats itself, first as tragedy, second as farce.”

One tragedy was that after Carolyn McCarthy lost her husband during the race-motivated murder of six defenseless commuters by Jamaican immigrant Colin Ferguson in the Long Island Rail Road shooting, she entered Congress and served from 1997 to 2015 on the single issue of rendering us all as helpless as her husband by attacking our constitutional right to bear arms. Her cluelessness on the topic of firearms is legendary.

Now for the farce. Apparently while casing homes to burglarize, Trayvon Martin was killed in self-defense by neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman, whose head he was bashing against a sidewalk. The mother of Trayvon Martin is running for a seat on the Miami-Dade County Commission:

Sybrina Fulton, who has been a gun control advocate since her son’s death and who campaigned for Hillary Clinton, announced her candidacy on Saturday, according to the Miami Herald.

If worshipers of Saint Trayvon are as prevalent in the Miami area as they were in the “mainstream” media, she is a cinch to get elected and then move on to higher office. She may help us to achieve a utopia in which even if maniacs like Colin Ferguson will still have guns, neighborhood watch captains like George Zimmerman won’t.
