AG Barr: Indict & Prosecute These Governors & Mayors

My column, Barr Needs To Take Christopher Wray To The Woodshed, June 3, 2019, dealt with the issue of holding those who violate their oath of office accountable within the Department of Justice and the FBI. Specifically, the incredible, brazen attempt by dirty players (Comey, Strzok, McCabe, Page, Lynch, Brennan, Clapper, et al) to destroy a presidential candidate and then a lawfully elected president.

That AG Barr must make very clear to individuals like Christopher Wray, Director of the FBI (another horrendous mistake by President Trump for even nominating Wray) that cover-ups, blatant stone-walling, and refusing to turn over documents to members of Congress will not be tolerated.

I guess that hasn’t happened yet because Wray is another in a long line of unelected public servants who believes he is above the law. He doesn’t have to uphold the oath he took.  Wray feels it’s his right to bury documents; refuse to cooperate in holding those accountable for one of the worst acts of political sabotage in our history and lie through his teeth.

“House GOP leadership has soured on Comey replacement Wray. They’re now convinced Wray’s not part of the FBI cleanup & not cooperating w AG Barr & is in fact part of the cover-up of #SpyGate scandal after burying documents & refusing to make people available for interview.”

Further into that piece is this whopper: “Wray also told the committee he has no evidence the Obama administration was spying on Trump.”

Which brings me to the issue of mayors and governors who also believe they are above the law. So-called ‘sanctuary’ cities and states have sprung up all over this country in the past few years. Giving sanctuary to ILLEGAL ALIENS in violation of federal law.

Mayors and governors like the detestable Gavin Newsome [D-CA] believe they can simply ignore federal laws with impunity. That there will be no consequences to their actions. Why do they believe they can get away with it? Because the U.S. Department of Justice for decades under the toxic leadership of past AGs like racist, Eric Holder and the incompetent Loretta Lynch, never lifted a finger to enforce laws on the books.

Should officials of the FDIC be prosecuted? April 19, 2005

“The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation is encouraging banks to sign up illegal aliens in the banking system, calling the growth of the market “a compelling incentive for U.S. banks to enter this largely untapped market.” And the FDIC program demonstrates that unbanked Latin American immigrants can be brought into the financial mainstream.

This is the morally bankrupt individual people voted for to bring “change” and “hope.” Marxist Obama brought more of the same and worse. Juan McCain stands right next to him on this issue.

“This rot has seeped into the state houses as well. Four states of the Union allow these criminals to have driver’s licenses: Hawaii, New Mexico, Washington and Utah. Those state legislatures are aiding and abetting criminals who have violated federal laws. Those legislators and the governors have signaled loud and clear that it’s a good thing to reward those who break the law and rub it in our faces. What happens when an illegal with a Utah driver’s license hits and kills an American citizen in San Diego and then skips across the border? Are we then supposed to thank Utah’s legislature for the carnage they let loose?”

County Gives $100k To Group That Aids Illegal Immigrants April 20, 2010

“In a disgraceful waste of tax dollars, a community group that assists illegal immigrants in the U.S. and helps them evade arrest has received $100,000 from a county that ironically has increased immigration enforcement in the last year.

“The public funds went to Progreso Hispano, a nonprofit in Fairfax Virginia that proudly helps illegal aliens and aims to empower them and improve the quality of their lives and communities. The charity also counsels illegal immigrants who get arrested and offers a handy guide for “undocumented” residents dealing with federal agents.

“Progreso Hispano openly advices the areas illegal aliens to refrain from providing government officials with information about their immigration status, not to carry papers from another country, not to open the door if authorities come to their home, not to run and to sway co-workers to collectively remain silent and ask for an attorney in the event of an immigration raid.

“The Fairfax County Supervisors that recently approved the public funds aren’t bothered by Progreso Hispano’s work and predict it won’t negatively affect future allocations, according to the local newspaper that broke the story this week. One supervisor says she has no problem with “extending outreach” that informs people on how to comply with the law.”

Illegals’ Tuition Benefits Challenged in California Court, Feb. 7, 2017: “California politicians want to do an end run around federal law to force California taxpayers to subsidize illegal aliens. In-state tuition for illegal aliens at the University of California violates state and federal law as surely as any other sanctuary policy — and California tax dollars must not be spent to violate the law.”

ALL of the above are in violation of federal law. Illegal aliens are just that. Not ‘undocumented workers’ or any other the other claptrap vomited up by those hell-bent on destroying our sovereign country.

Illegal aliens have no right to be on U.S. soil.

They have no right to steal jobs that belong to Americans.

Since they are in this country illegally where do banks get off giving them loans – encouraged by the FDIC – thereby aiding and abetting illegal aliens in pursuit of financial gain?

8 U.S. Code § 1324. Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

(a) Criminal penalties

(1)

(A) Any person who—

(i)

knowing that a person is an alien, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever such person at a place other than a designated port of entry or place other than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien has received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States and regardless of any future official action which may be taken with respect to such alien;

(ii)

knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;

(iii)

knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;

Oakland Mayor Warns Illegal Aliens of Potential ICE Raids, February 25, 2018: “Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf is warning illegal aliens of potential Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids taking place in the San Francisco Bay Area.

“Schaaf told KRON that credible sources told her that ICE would conduct a sweep of the area, adding that she is sharing the information to protect people.”

Schaaf needs to read Pub. L. 104-208 the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996

Mayor Libby Schaaf violated federal law and yet, no legal action was taken against her by the Department of Justice headed up at the time by Jeff Sessions.

New Mexico governor pulls National Guard troops from U.S.-Mexico border, Feb. 6, 2019

“(Reuters) – New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has ordered most of the National Guard troops deployed at the state’s border with Mexico to withdraw, rejecting U.S. President Donald Trump’s contention there was a border crisis.

“Most of the 118 National Guard troops deployed in the state will be withdrawn, Lujan Grisham, a Democrat, said in a statement late Tuesday. She called Trump’s frequent declarations of an immigration crisis at the border a “charade.” There’s no national security issue, it’s all about fear-mongering, don’t ya know?

Another empty-headed fool elected because of her ethnic category, boobs and female plumbing. By pulling the National Guard from the border Lujan sent a clear message to illegals, drug runners, human traffickers and terrorists: Come on in, we will protect you!

New governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, signed a bill that should be done by all governors who are fed up with the human invasion ruining their states, the drugs and human trafficking.  Fed up with Democrat mayors and other elected officials who openly defy our federal immigration laws for ILLEGAL aliens.

Naturally FOX has to use the word controversial. What the hell is controversial about a state exercising it’s right to ensure the safety of its citizens and require city “leaders” follow the law?

“I am proud to sign the bill presented to me by the Florida Legislature to uphold the rule of law and ensure that no city or county jurisdiction can get in the way of Florida’s cooperation with our federal partners to enforce immigration law,” DeSantis said in a statement on Friday.

“This is about public safety, not about politics. We must do everything within our power, and use all the tools available to us, to ensure that our communities are safe.”

“The bill targeted Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainers — requests by the federal agency for local and state governments not to release immigrants suspected of criminal offenses. States and localities across the nation have ignored these, prompting fierce criticism from the president and earning them the title of “sanctuary jurisdictions.”

Shocking! That a state would require localities to cooperate with federal officials to uphold our laws! Naturally, the race hustlers want to make it about race and, you’ll love this nonsense from the same piece:

“But groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center opposed the law, with Scott McCoy, the group’s senior policy counsel, reportedly accusing DeSantis of using “racial grievance to drive a wedge between Floridians.”

“It undermines public safety making our towns and cities less safe by requiring local law enforcement to spend less of their time and resources fighting crime in local communities and more on doing the work of federal immigration authorities,” McCoy said.

“The new law will likely face legal challenges as well, attracting more attention to an issue President Trump has brought to the fore by, among other things, harping on the tragic death of Kate Steinle. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which issued a travel advisory in response to the law, blasted the measure as “unconstitutional.”

“The law is anti-immigrant, unconstitutional, inhumane, and hurts our families and communities,” the ACLU of Florida said on Twitter.”

ILLEGAL aliens are murdering or killing (some drunk illegal on the highway) an average of 12 Americans a day. Or raping or robbing or any number of crimes by illegals who have NO right to be on U.S. soul. Less safe? This from the Southern Poverty Law Center – one of the biggest cons jobs out there and one of the most anti-American organizations in this country.

Illegals Committed 600,000 Crimes in Texas in 6 Yrs

“An internal report by the Texas Department of Public Safety obtained by PJ Media reveals that over a span of about 6 years, illegal immigrants in the state committed over 600,000 crimes and were involved in nearly 3,000 homicides.

“According to PJ Media, the Texas DPS report found that from October 2008 to April 2014, 177,588 “unique criminal alien defendants” were booked and committed 611,234 unique crimes, including 2,993 murders:

“From October 2008 to April 2014, Texas identified a total 177,588 unique criminal alien defendants booked into Texas county jails. These individuals have been identified through the Secure Communities initiative, in which Texas has participated since October 2008. A review of these 177,588 defendants shows that they are responsible for at least 611,234 individual criminal charges over their criminal careers, including 2,993 homicides and 7,695 sexual assaults.”

Immigrant sentenced to 40 years in prison for drunken driving crash that killed family

“A Guatemalan illegal immigrant recently received a 40-year prison sentence in Hart County Superior Court for a car crash in November that killed a Franklin County couple and their 5-year-old daughter…Ramirez was previously deported from this country, but he returned illegally and obtained a job at a plant nursery in Hart County.” That ILLEGAL ALIEN received no life-threatening injuries. Sure, he was pickled in alcohol.

“Wilkerson’s son, Joshua, died on November 16, 2010, after an illegal alien classmate brought into the U.S. as a 10-year-old beat him, strangled him, and tortured him to death, later tying him up and setting his body on fire in a field. Years later, the convicted murderer still bragged about his “killing skills” in court while excitedly demonstrating how he murdered the 100-lb. Joshua.

“Instead of getting Joshua home that day from school, we got an autopsy report,” Wilkerson testified before a Senate hearing in July 2015. “He was kicked so hard in the stomach that it sent his spleen into his spine, and sliced it in two… The medical examiner said it was torture.”

THAT is the scum Nancy Pelosi, state governors and mayors are protecting by refusing to comply with federal immigration laws. Oh, that’s right – they smuggle themselves across the border because they just “want a better life”. What about Joshua’s life and the thousands of Americans murdered by illegals?

Second, it’s not unconstitutional but the lawsuits will come. Third: It’s not inhumane to enforce federal immigration laws. What drivel.

AG Barr needs to put together a task force and go after governors, mayors and sheriffs who are violating federal immigration laws, aiding and abetting illegal aliens. There’s half a dozen so-called ‘sanctuary cities’ and around a hundred cities.

Barr’s task force needs to notify each of them with a list of federal immigration laws they are breaking and to cease and desist. They will undeclare the phony sanctuary city or state moniker. If they don’t, they will be indicted and prosecuted individually. None of this blanket immunity just because they are elected or appointed.

ONLY by putting the squeeze on the aforementioned are we going to put a dent in the human invasion. The time for niceties is long over. Gen. Barr: Get tough. No one, not governors, mayors or sheriffs are above the law. Governors like DeSantis and Abbott need to contact AG Barr and support a task force.
