This seems to explain some problems I had with the IRS after sending “advice” to Diane Feinstein and Barbara Boxer. I have no doubt they had “contacts” at both agencies and could “recommend” checking on certain of their “constituents”. Do YOU have any “links” via YOUR Democrat representatives? The Constitution does not mention any law enforcement agency at the Federal level by any name. The nearest it comes to that is Article 1 Section 8 Clause 6 which reads as follows: “To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States.” This was the reason Congress established and funded the Secret Service. There is no other jurisdiction for the Federal Government mentioned in the Constitution. So, the Department of Justice, along with all its investigative tentacles is extra-Constitutional at best or unconstitutional when you treat the Constitution as a contract between sovereign States to form a central government with strictly limited powers. The excesses committed by these very investigative arms of the DoJ are the very reason the Founders never even considered such agencies for the Federal Government. After all, had things been conducted according to their plans, the necessity for them would never have arisen and you can bleat about the fallibility of man all you bloody well please, but there were no flies on the Framers of the Constitution. Man’s technology and power has changed immeasurably since the eighteenth century, but his underlying nature has not changed one wit. We are all still mean, self-centered and downright brutish at times. And we are seeing that today in theses unconstitutional agencies of the Federal Government. They should not exist at all, but they do and now they are taking over.
