France: Judge rules Muslim killer who BRUTALLY tortured and murdered Jewish woman while shouting “ALLAHU AKBAR” is not criminally liable

A despicable travesty. The Muslim man brutally murdered his defenseless and elderly Jewish neighbor while yelling Allah Akbar. Yet the judge believes that the killer is not criminally responsible because he smoked marijuana before hand. This shameful ruling by the judge is indicative of the islamization of France. Israel must help Jews flee France.

This is the act of sharia state. Dr. Sarah Halimi, an orthodox Jew, was tortured and murdered in her Paris apartment in April by a devout Muslim invader with a prior record of harassment toward her. Because she knew and feared the intruder, who lived in her building, Halimi had formally requested that the public housing department move her to a new apartment. Nothing was done.

A Muslim man who killed his Jewish neighbor in Paris while shouting about Allah is probably not criminally responsible for his actions because he had smoked marijuana beforehand, a French judge has ruled.

The preliminary ruling in the trial of Kobili Traore for the 2017 murder of Sarah Halimi came Friday from a judge of inquiry — a magistrate that in the French justice system is tasked with deciding whether indicted defendants should in fact stand trial, JTA reported Monday.

Halimi was murdered in 2017 after she was attacked by her Muslim neighbor while she was sleeping in her apartment. He stabbed her, yelled “Allahu Akbar,” and then threw her from the third story to her death.
