Is this some kind of compulsive behavior? Even while he is administering the oath of office he is petting that young girl’s head. His hands continually caress the faces of the young girls in many of these video clips. In others he slips his hands around their backs and onto their ribs, just under the breast area. He maneuvers them near him, next to him, caresses their faces, plays with their hair, kisses them, and so on. I am not surprised that one mother grabbed up her young boy into her arms. These children are no relation to Biden. It is unseemly for him to display this kind of familiarity with them. It would concern me even if they were his grandchildren.
Its very hard to watch. The parents are clueless. I hope everyone sees this for what it is.

As a victim myself of child molestation. I can actually feel the butterflies in my stomach watching the girls reactions. I remember having the same exact reactions.
