I was born in the USA and have worked all my life. I never had children but I don’t mind helping educating USA children. I dislike the idea of using my taxes to educate foreign/ illegal children. The school systems now require to hire teachers who are bilingual, while other teachers aren’t hired. We have become the last in line in our own country.
Just read a report pushing transgender is child abuse!!! Ya think? These poor children are getting so messed up!!! Pray for our children 6 pm everyday.
And what’s MORE, these kids are very often disruptive in class, making it very hard to teach! They don’t WANT to be in class, many times, and amuse themselves by making sure no one else can learn anything either! They are only in class because they are forced. They tend to have very little value for education–and this comes from the home. I, like you, Craig, don’t want to be harsh, because I know they are just kids, but it has gone WAY over the top in recent decades. THIS very issue is the REASON California has gone from being the very BEST in the nation in education to the very WORST!! My daughter told me, when she was in high school in the late 90s: “Mom, we’re lucky if we get 5 minutes of instruction time due to a few kids disrupting!” I know that first hand, too, as I was a teacher myself.

my youngest daughter was enrolled in an arizona grade school…there were 45 kids in the class and only a few of them spoke english…the teacher was being stretched to the max and basically it was up to us to teach our kids at home…the teachers job was to help the illegals at our kids expense…if my daughter had a question, she was told to figure it out…and that was 20 yrs ago…finally after 1st grade, i pulled her out and homeschooled her so she would get an education…when the school had an event, it took twice as long…first it was done in english and then repeated in spanish…it was an all nite thing…how infuriating…our tax dollars were going to educate kids that should have never been in the schools, yet illegals paid nothing for their education…
