Depends upon the state of the wobble when you have your last pole shift, if the US is in summer and 2500 miles further south chances are Texas will host the new equator, the UK will be at Iceland’s latitudes which will be nasty for us but we are close to that anyway with the current erroneous wobble. Winter and a Pole Shift and the US will get it very bad with Canada as True North and effectively a new Antarctica. 50-50. I believe the wobble is the sun being affected by ploughing through a particularly dense interstellar medium while acting as a bussard ramjet-even I keep mixing this up(the suns south pole is exactly the right orientation to suck in matter whilst traveling through the galaxy).
