Applying Obamanomics to My Household

Since President Barack Hussein Obama is considered as such a high-powered genius by the liberal Democrats, I have decided to apply Obama economics or Obamanomics to my household finances.  Currently, I am $500,000 in mortgage, automobile, credit card expenditure, and other debt that I cannot pay back because Obama’s domestic policies caused me to be laid off from my job some 20 months ago—thereby losing my six-figure salary.  The unemployment checks that I have been receiving were enough to pay the interest each month on my loans and credit card debts.  Unfortunately, my unemployment checks end this month.  I cannot pay the $2,000 of interest payments due on my loans and credit cards, so I am considering filing for personal bankruptcy next month.

I now live on an annual budget of $30,000.  My current annual retirement income from social security is $30,000.  I have decided to eliminate all discretionary spending, which comes to $2,000 of my annual budget.  That huge cut in personal discretionary spending really makes life difficult for us.  Notice that the $2,000 cut of discretionary spending saved will now be used to pay up my annual interest due on my loans and credit cards.  Hence, my sacrifice in discretionary spending will cover the interest due on my loans and credit cards.  Of course, that does nothing to reduce the principal on all of my loans and credit card debts.

Now for the real kicker:  Obamanomics tells me that if I make an investment of $10,000 to start up a new business that I am kicking off next month, it will generate more household revenue.  So, I went to a loan shark and borrowed $10,000 at 50% APR to kick off my new business producing a product in the Green industry.  Of course, the Small Business Administration says that 95% of all new businesses fail within the first five years of operation.  Hence, we are really betting on the come by starting this Obamanomic new business.  According to Obamanomics, my finances will get well in 10 years, I’ll be totally out of debt, and my children and grandchildren will be free from the burdens of debt.  What do you think?  Think it will work?  Am I not a genius by following the policies of our genius POTUS?

One big problem:  I cannot legally print counterfeit currency like Obama can.
