Peter Schiff on Ferguson: "It's Not Racist to Tell the Truth"

Riots ensued in Ferguson after the announcement of Darryl Wilson’s innocence, per the grand jury investigation. So what are they protesting?
  
After listening to protestors statements on TV last night, you would have thought they didn’t hear what the grand jury discovered. They did not believe what the witnesses swore to, even though many of the witnesses that testified AGAINST Michael Brown were black.

 

 

They believe ONLY WHAT THEY WANT TO BELIEVE. They will not believe the truth, they will not believe the facts, nor honor the justice system. They will go on thinking that the ‘white man’ is out to get them, will continue to make the same mistakes, and therefore, many that follow the same actions that Michael Brown took, and will get SHOT AGAIN. 

Upon which time, they will again BLAME the ‘white man’ for deaths that their own violence and insurrection has caused. The definetion of insanity is “doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting a different result.” This is a classic example. 

As the looters burn and destroy their own town, little do they think that they are only projecting more examples of the types of behaviors that typify the violent behavior that caused Brown’s demise. If people choose to believe lies, they will continue to wallow in repeated behaviors that result in their own destruction. 

Wallowing in stupidity does nothing to further their cause, nor does destroying their own town, which will result in a much lower standard of living for themselves, and only casts their behavior as typically violent and not sensible. According to Peter Schiff, he says that the Prosecutor even promoted violence, as he said the wrong thing in his grand jury announcement yesterday. 

“I think the Prosecutor could have prevented the riots if he was more forthright, but he was being afraid of being called “racist”. 

All of the witnesses that claimed that Michael Brown was surrendering-were lying. Now maybe if the prosecutor had the balls to prosecute these lying witnesses for perjury – maybe that would send a message.

This shouldn’t have even gone to a grand jury. There wasn’t enough evidence. The grand jury investigation proved that there was certainty of what happened. If he, instead of just apologizing to the parents of Michael Brown, why doesn’t he apologize to Darryl Wilson for what the lying witnesses put him through?  

It’s not the job of the prosecutor to indict someone who is innocent just to appease a racist mob. This was a charade to appease a racist mob. What would have happened if Michael Brown had killed Darryl Wilson that night?

Michael Brown died as a direct consequence of his own violent action. The prosecutor should have told the audience, “You know how people can make sure that they don’t get killed by the police? Raise them to respect the law and authority, and to not rob liquor stores. If a police man tells you to get out of the street, ‘Don’t curse at him.” And if a police man pulls up in his car next to you, don’t punch him through the window!

That’s how you stop this from happening again. What the prosecutor should have said- “If the circumstances are the same, and if a young man, black or white, charges a police man  and refuses to listen to his command, he’ll get shot again! There is nothing that the police department can change because the actions of Michael Brown led to his death and he is the only one at fault here. “

 

There is nothing to protest! Why should they protest justice? He is inciting the violence. Why doesn’t he say…
