Minnesota High School Pulls Out of Game Over Trump Banner

Back on January 15th Jordan high school in Jordan, MN hosted Roosevelt high school for a basketball game and some fans had a Trump 2020 banner they displayed which resulted in uproar from the visiting Roosevelt High School coach. The Roosevelt coach did not find a banner with the name of the current American President to be appropriate at a high school basketball game.

“I coach a predominantly black inner city high school team. We go out to a rural area in Jordan, MN and this is there. Please explain how and why this is appropriate at a high school basketball game?”

Coach Walker is obviously offended by the Trump banner at the game, and for some reason he believes the race of his basketball team is supposed to help other people understand why he’s offended. Let’s be honest about why he’s upset, he doesn’t like the President, and he knows that as a minority he will get more attention if he cries racism. It’s sad to know that the Left has become so upset over not getting their way that they have to throw temper tantrums at the mere name of the President of the United States.

What makes this information more poignant is that Roosevelt high school hosted a MLK day invitational which Jordan high school was supposed to attend. Jordan high school decided not to attend the invitational after the backlash from this social media post. I can surmise that after seeing what happened to the kids at Covington high school in Kentucky, Jordan high school thought it would be best not to give another leftist the chance to be on CNN.

We would be remiss if we didn’t point out that Roosevelt High School is in the 5th Congressional district of Minnesota and is represented by Ilhan Omar, so apparently the below tweet is acceptable for Roosevelt high school but a Trump banner is not.
