Erica Nygaard lives in North Central Iowa on an acreage with kids, dog, cats, and chickens. She writes and lives prepping, homesteading, frugal living, and self-reliance. She is the creator of the blog Living Life in Rural Iowa. She has written an e-book, The Prepper’s Yearbook, which is available on Daisy Luther Media.
