ACI Closes $3,400,000 in Equity Recapitalization for a Senior Living Facility in Florida
Florida, USA / On January 15, 2014 ACI closed the recapitalization of $3,400,000 in equity for a 120 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. The Florida client is a repeat client of ACI. Equity recapitalization for a second property will close in the first quarter of 2015. Further, ACI has implemented via a joint venture agreement, a programmatic equity capitalization plan for several new developments for this client over the next few years.
ACI is seeking other opportunities to invest, recapitalize equity, or acquire throughout the US. Primary investment targets include Senior Housing (assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and independent living) and Multifamily Properties.
ACI has several other equity closings the first quarter of 2015 for other clients in the senior housing business, including investing and recapitalizing equity and debt. ACI’s equity attracts favorable debt including non-recourse, as well as mezzanine and preferred equity capital.
ACI is pleased to announce a new equity program for the US and Canada for investing in Senior Housing (Senior Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Independent Living), and Multifamily Apartments, for existing assets and new developments. They are actively seeking senior living and multifamily deals to invest along with seasoned owners and developers on a programmatic basis.
